  1. Don't worry. Someone will come along soon enough to tell us how bad they would beat us.
  2. They actually beat us sometimes. It's not like you guys and WOS ;D
  3. What a wacky world we live in. PNG has to beat Lumberton to prove they are "for real" :D
  4. So Soulja, If you could pick one to play for your team, who would it be?
  5. The problem is, I don't get to see all these guys. I wish I did. I'm left reading posts about speed, size, etc. I doubt that anyone has seen them all this year, except for MAYBE a few college recruiters. That is the only reason I would rely on their judgment.
  6. I think the most objective opinions will come from college recruiters. We will just have to wait and see who gathers the most attention.
  7. I think the best way to start is to go to a good bow shop. I am sure there are several in the area. I really like the guys in Bridge City. They seem to be pretty knowlegable.
  8. If I reach into a hole(which I won't), I damn sure hope there's nothing in there
  9. I'm guessing that these people who think Kelly or Lumberton could beat Brook this year have not even seen Brook play.
  10. Thanks, but no thanks! I'll buy my catfish at HEB.
  11. I guess. I'm just a little wary after seeing Albert get injured in a 40 point blowout.
  12. Maybe Stump needs to consider getting some non starters into backup roles. Maybe he needs to pull up a couple of more sophs. You can't tell me that a program our size can't find non starters to plug in against a clearly inferior team(assuming we blow this thing open in the first half).
  13. Most Ned fans lost with honor. Apparently, not all are as gracious :
  14. I think he should get some of next years starters a little work while giving the nicked up starters some rest. Falgout had a concussion, Powdrill turned an ankle, and I'm sure the linemen could use a breather every now and then. I think 09 is just saying maybe sub a little more freely this game. Don't you think we can do that and still win this week?
  15. Keep an eye out for Blake Chavis at WB. If he get anywhere in the playoffs, he will get lots of notice. Constantly in the backfield from the DE position. I hear he has been courted by A&M, among others.
  16. After watching Christian Michael for a full game, I am convinced that he is the best(not counting Albert). He has a rare combination of great speed, toughness and elusivenss that I have not seen from any other back. He plays bigger than the 5'11 180lbs that he is listed at. Any thought?
  17. Brook averaged about 6 yards per carry. Lee had 0.75 per carry. The only chance Lee had was to throw short passes or hail maries(and they completed a couple) I bet the Lee receivers aren't anxious to run those quick ins any time soon. Those have to be some sore boys.
  18. I'm the champ at Dolphin Dash. Undisputed ;D
  19. Panama says it was just a couple of plays from being a close game. Maybe, but Lee would have been blown out but for a couple of diving, long third down plays. Lee's great "D" really had no chance to stop us. And, they had lots of false starts, but, #10 was forcing the tackle to try to get up quick. He was no match for #10's speed. Good, hard hitting game, but I thought Lee looked overmatched. They do have a pretty good short passing game though.
  20. Central just ran back the opening kickoff !! TD Jags! oops. sorry. Too much daydreaming at work today ;D
  21. I like the arcade but but poor little frog gets run over more than Baytown Lee will tonight ;D
  22. I've been thinking of getting out of west Texas and finding something within a couple of hours from Beaumont. Don't want the standard timber lease with 100 members shooting anything that walks. What is out there? Anyone? Thanks
  23. I don't see the animosity that I used to see between these two ??? I guess Ned finally got over that PNG run in the70's -80's of like 13? losses in a row. How many was it?
