  1. Central seems to have real potential, but they made so many errors against WB it was hard to tell
  2. I have no idea how good Ned is. It's just hard to tell with you guys this year ???
  3. I think they are getting SOME respect, however, everyone who has followed Lumberton for the last several years would be foolish to think that they are suddenly a great team. We just want to see a top two distrct finish and then we will say what you guys want to hear.
  4. I wish they would play so you could put some of your BIG MONEY on it.
  5. I had been hearing from Lumberton fans about their quarterback. I saw his stats against Dayton and they were pretty poor. Has he been exposed by a speedier team or was it just an off night?
  6. Well, very slow hunting in the hill county(near Junction) Out of 5 hunters, we took two doe and saw no good bucks. Grass is waist high and acorns everywhere. Full moon didnt help I'm sure. Lots of turkey this year. I'm guessing we wont see any action near the feeders for at least a month. Looks like trail hunting for a while.
  7. Because you say it, it's so. No factual basis, just your opinion. I guess by your logic, Sabine Pass provides better education than Kelly because they have even smaller classes.
  8. You said if he had gone to Kelly," he would have gotten a better education". Or am I making that up? sorry if I misread your post.
  9. I believe you started this by saying that Joe somehow hurt himself by transferring to Westbrook. It's just not true, that's all.
  10. What would a warrior fan know about either of them? Ever been in an honors class?
  11. You dont 'think' period then, if you think 5Aschools don't get more exposure. It sounds like your mad that the quarterback left and not really that concerned about his education, otherwise, you would see that his decision turned out pretty well(for him, not you)
  12. Ahhhh, I get it :-[ Usually, it's no joke
  13. I'm stoked. Expecting kinda slow hunting in the hill country with all the rain, but I still can't wait to get out there. Anyone else going this weekend/
  14. I agree FB. I hate it when people start talking about 40 times. It is usually a lie, and if not, one coach, one time, screwed up the stopwatch and that's what is reported.
  15. But he also got the exposure of playing against real, quality opponents at he 5A level, which is undoubtedly a plus for recruiters.
  16. A better education? You think 1 more year at Kelly was going to make him smarter or better prepared for college? I'll put the Brook honors teachers up against anything they have at Kelly
  17. The best I saw up close was Mike Barber.(later an Oiler) He played quarterback for a 2A team called White Oak. He ran all over us that day. I think he became an all-pro tight end in the pros.
  18. Yeah. Those Cayuga boys could always play some basketball. We also had La Poyner in our district. No football team but tough in basketball.
  19. I would. He probably makes more money than I do. ;D
  20. I'm a Kerens Bobcat. We regularly put a whoopin on Cayuga and Crossroads
  21. I'm surprised that none of you NDNs have mentioned David Fry. Pretty good athlete from what I remember.
