    Good competition for the Lady Rebs. Came within 8sec. of playing for 5th place

    Pollock Cenrals Davis hit 25 footer with 8 sec. to go with Evadale leading 55-53. Evadale got off a jumper at the buzzer that rolled off the rim.

    Fairfield and Fredericksburg will play for div ll championship tomorrow.

  7. Evadale will venture to College Station Monday the 27th to participate in The Aggieland Invitational Tournament. 24 teams make up the bracket for 2A-4A schools.

    Largest school will be Splendora and the smallest school will be Evadale.

    The Lady Rebels are making their 3rd trip to the tournament and have finished 5th in their first appearance and in the consolation finals their second try.

    This years team is 14-5 and will be back to full strength for the tournament.

    Teams to watch in the tournament #5 in 4A Fredericksburg(18-1),Glen Rose #13 in 4A(17-3),Fairfield #4 in 3A(16-1),
