Crosby is confident but no one is talking more trash than Drew Tate's number one fan on this thread. And most of our reasons have some substance. By the way, I haven't made a prediction here although I think Crosby should be the slight favorite. If you want to read a thread where everyone is predicting a big win, it's the PNG/Angleton thread. 
As of now 17 people are picking Ridge Point so either 1) many people have doubts about 11-0 Crosby or 2) people want Crosby to lose and therefore picked RP.

I believe I stated a month or so ago, that it speaks volumes about the level of our program when we are now criticized by how much we win by.  34-4 in the last three years.  How many of those 34 wins did we not win by enough?

So, I'm eat up with it but I probably counted around 15 post in the first four pages that made mention of me before I made a single comment in this thread? Look at the title of the thread and who started it? 
I can understand it though, you literally haven't felt this good about a win in 5 years. The elation is expected. This is y'all's thing man, I just look at it as "Hey, they got a couple this year." Now it's this "We love being PNG stuff". You're acting like the short kid with thick glasses who used to have to sit out p.e. class with his asthma pump, but finally feel vindicated by beating the bully on a missed 2 point conversion. I said good game in the other thread, it still doesn't really change how I feel about the teams over there. You got five layups in district play and your district champ lost one of them.
I think we just have to disagree on it. Carry on though. I won't interrupt y'all's party anymore. 
 

I feel like I'm losing brain cells reading all this back and forth NONSENSE. Hey look we have two teams going to the second round, and they have two teams. Now maybe, just maybe we can get all on the same page and root for SETX in general. I say lets go Crosby, King, Nederland and PNG. Lets get behind these programs for the rest of their playoff adventure and hope for the best. REPRESENT

I believe the top two teams in 22-5A could compete for a playoff spot in 21-5A this year.  I believe the top 7 teams in 21-5A would have competed for a playoff spot in 22-5A.

I'd say it's a coin flip between 22-5A's 1,2, & 3 teams vs 21-5A's 2,3 & 4 teams. 21-5A has a much better top end team in the 1 spot and 22-5A has absolutely nothing competitive after the 3 spot.
2-2 is probably the right out come this year.  I think 22-5A could have gone 3-1 pretty easily with CE King losing steam.  Also think 21-5A could have gone 3-1 if Dayton gets the 2 point conversion.  
There was a decent chance of 21-5A going 4-0.  There was absolutely no chance of 22-5A going 4-0.

this shake up needs to come out in the opening tired of the rumors

Well after waking up and pinching myself, i realized it still wasn't a dream lol sucks that we got the number 3 team in the state first round. I thought coach babins interview after the game with Lumberton Ledger was very classy! We've made big strides this year as a program, and still have a lot to change. I think with his motivation and work ethic that I have seen first hand while playing for him, it can be done. Congrats to the team, congrats to coach babin, and now I hope Crosby wins state, at least we can say we lost to the state champs!! Doesn't sound so bad then lol
