Hey W, I liked the band at the basketball games....and our "special" awards too. Like basketball has or ever will be on a pedestal in West Orange lol. It was good to have a bone or two thrown our way. Now let's get some new uniforms and our bus back. ;D

Don't count WO-S out just yet, they have proven themselves as fighters all year. But the task will be tough as I'm sure they will have to face Felts and Statum. Good luck Stangs!

I doubt they flip, both will need a warm-up game. Like the post above, this will give them an opportunity to play on a bigger field before it REALLY counts.

I guess she burned a few bridges with that one. I would love to hear Coach Rice's response the next time Mrs. Walters calls him for an interview.

WO-S will never be a "basketball school"...too many obstacles to over-come. But it can and will be competitive year in and year out on the hard wood. The coaching staff in the last 7 years has fought hard to put this program back on the map.

It's going to be one of the best tournaments in the state!

lol! I thought it was a basketball tourney 8) It is, and WO-S is holding the '08 1st place trophy from this tourney. 8)

WO-S will be back as the Defending Tournament Champions.

WO-S will be young, but will have the athletes to compete with everyone in the district. And the Stangs always love to play OF...it's becoming quite a basketball rivalry.

Good luck to Coach Robertson. Vidor's losing a good one. Good coach, good character and always represented his program with class.
