World beaters or not, the best or the worse it does not hurt for the community to back their team. I tell my grandkids all the time win or lose, do the very best you can for that is all you can do. Unfortunately someone has to lose.

Believing in yourself and your team mates is a part of this game and giving it all you have is all you can do. All anybody can ask of these players is that they give it their all. Here is something I came across that might suit them even if they're not world beaters. Who am I.docx

Getting the kids back on the field is the challenge. They don't want to work hard and lose, they just don't realize if they had the participation things would be different or else they're just lazy.

Talent still roams the hallways, just not interested in playing

Their generally isn’t any because the community is trying to get rid of him. In today’s world it’s all about now. It takes a coach a little while to get pieces in place and generally if the community doesn’t Bach him it translate to the kids. If you look back to 2014 and Newton, Coach Johnson had to go to the news and tell the community to quit poisoning the kids and let him do his job. Newton started off 1-3, then after that talk through the news we wound up playing in the state championship.

This lose means nothing other than an end to a win streak. Hopefully we learn something from this and improve. If you’re worried about a win steak start scheduling lesser opponents. You have to be challenged, to get better. One thing for sure, we learned we’re not invincible. That might be a good thing. The players have to execute their assignments and not think all they have to do is show up. Where we go from here is dependent on how the players handle this. If they go and give it their all, that is all anybody could ask. Being beat by a better team is nothing to be ashamed about. All we can do is support them, win or lose. Go Eagles

They were playing inspired with a loss to avenge and it looked like Newton forgot how to block.

Newton coming in with a lose to Gilmer 16-0 vs. Legacy coming in with a win over West Hardin 38-6. Does Newton overcome the lose with renewed focus or do they dwell on it. I have faith in Newton and believe they overcome and start again with a renewed focus.

The community doesn’t have to be with or behind him, but the kids do.
