I’m not saying WH would’ve won this game, I’m saying going into it with two starting lineman out, then you lose another starting lineman/LB and your QB you never recover when you carry 24 on the roster which the 11 starters go both ways. WH didn’t have an answer to marts running game and Mart was struggling with WH passing game. It was a 4 point game until the second when we lost those two kids. People can say what they want about WH. The fact is there has been some really good athletes come through the school.

I was wondering how long it would take for proud daddy baseball to chime in. Just FYI, we don’t run clocks at WH since you left. 

WH has been playing solid ball. Penalties have hurt them all season. They know what needs to be done Friday night, if not, then it’s Mart in the first round again. It’s going to be a better game than what most think. 

In the 1st year, senior leadership is almost as much a factor as the coaching change itself. Many people discount how much effect seniors have on lower classes in practice and attitude. You are right that seniors buying into the system can go a long way for the new program.

Yeah it was pretty one sided from kickoff. Colmesneil did move the ball on their initial drive with the lineman/RBs but after a defensive adjustment by WH it was not even close after that. 4 TDs called back in the first half. The offense has proven to move the ball with ease and defense playing solid right now. WH will have to clean up the penalties this week against Lovelady. If they do that it could be a good game. 

Final WH 42  Colmesneil 12 Should’ve been 74 6. 

Looks like West Hardin gets that last laugh.

Lmao... he didn’t build anything over here, trust me. This new coach has these kids playing extremely well. Just look at the total points and offense they have put together this year. Coach Taylor is the man.

Grapeland had more to do with that game last week than anything Colmesneil did.......WE dogged Deweyville with starters v starters in game situation 24-0 in a half.......you are going to be one very disappointed individual after the game tonight......

WH boys been waiting on this one since two a days. Last year WH spanked em bad with two starting RBs on the sideline. This game everyone is healthy and with a burning desire to send The bulldogs back to Colmesneil with their tails tucked. Should be fun.

Grapeland played horrible last week. I watched it. Grapeland fumbled at least five times and looked lazy all night. Colmesneil capitalized on their mistakes. WH takes this one. They just have more talent than Colmesneil. Senior heavy across the board...WH by 4Tds.

West Hardin got this by whatever they want. I doubt West Hardin pulls off on em either.

You don’t think that the WH players won’t be pumped up to beat the crap out of their former coach? This game will be played at an emotional high. Too much talent and experience on WH side to give Colmesneil a win. I believe WH takes this one by as much as they want.

If they would’ve been playing anyone else it might have played a factor into the game. However, defense was smacking em in the mouth. At one point I didn’t know if the mustangs would have enough left on the field to finish the game. Coach Taylor has those boys playing tuff on both sides of the ball. The team is looking forward to homecoming this week against Colmesneil.
