1. Actually, Vermont was the first destination, then on to Maine. Boston was as far as we could fly, so Fenway was just some icing. The Sox are away during our stay. Oh well.
2. Birdied 15, 16, 17, 18 to win at Augusta.......unbelievable. Going to Fenway this summer.
3. Swartzell has a perfect swing. So does Scott.
4. Pro golfers make me sick. I only hope to sniff the green, these guys throw their clubs if they hit the middle.  ;D
5. Congrats to Livingston for beating PNG twice in the same season. Usually a split is the best you can hope for against PNG. My Dogs are in sole possession of first place and PNG will be battling hard to stay alive. Should be a good game Tuesday. Good luck to both teams.
6. It's a strikeout but not an out. The pitcher can get 4 strikeouts in a half inning like this. Best I can do.
7.
There was conversation between the umpire and player prior to this taking place. I am sure the umpire took all this into consideration before the ejection.
Yeah, but that's all you know......there was a conversation. If you don't know the content of the conversation, then don't spit out innuendos.
8. Strike out the side to end it. Way to go Dogs! Thanks for the updates 1696. I think I accidentally smited you with my sensitive touch screen. District leaders!
9. Winning 7-0 and the catcher intentionally misses the ball so it will hit the ump. Does that make sense to anyone? Me either.
10. A HC gets all the accolades and takes all the shots. The assistants actually coach. The offense clicks for the OC and the defense clicks for the DC. I like Mack Brown. What recruit wouldn't want to play for a team who has the exposure of UT. With their own network, the recruits will keep lining up.
11.
The injured Stanley can single handely change the outcome of a game. I've seen him do it before against my son.  ;)
Never doubted the quality of the injured player. He could still go 0-4 on the night which does not guarantee a win.
12. I'll take Butler simply because most people are taking U-Conn, plus I remember N.C. State against the Phi Slamma Jamma. They weren't even supposed to be on the same court as Houston. It's what I thought too.
13. I like Butler. I wish they hadn't had to play VCU in the semis.
14. Didn't get to see this one. Stros almost pulled it off? Oh well, win the next one we are @ .500.  ;)
15.

The weather scored 6 runs? Just because an injured player did not play, inserting him into the game does not guarantee victory.
Think that he meant if the game isn't called next time the outcome could be different.. Everyone knows the weather can't score for you, duh. ;)
No duh needed. I knew what he meant and I think he saw the humor in my response. I think the 6 runs did them in and would have been enough if the game had continued.

17. I think Pence is one of the "old" guys. Oh well, I'll watch because I like the Astros and baseball in general.
18.
Not sure what we are going to get but here we go...............
Exactly how I feel.
19.

and what makes you think you could do with  6 outs what you hadn't done with 15 outs.....and did ya'll see Dup warming up in our bullpen? Just consider yourself lucky that you didn't have to face him.......
Great point. No one ever comes back in the late innings and wins. NEVER!!!!  ::) ::) ::) I saw Nederland JV play last year and don't remember seeing the Duplaint (sp??) kid. Was he stuck on the varsity bench behind some of those guys that graduated?
No one said it never happens, but just because the game was called early, does not mean that it would have. Like dawgz said, we were just warming up.
