Where is the diversity?

This thread is about succeeding with seceding. It is very American to question the moves of our president or any politician. It was designed that way so as not to fall victim to dictators. Seceding is a topic of discussion. Do you have an opinion of whether or not Texas could stand on her own?

The argument you refer as "stupid at best", has a lot of merit to it. Diversity should be a two way street, or actually lots of streets.....hence the term diverse. You don't like it because you think blacks are better at basketball, which is the epitome of a racist view......to think your race is superior. Look it up. What about MTV. Used to be a channel I watched a lot. Blacks screamed racism and look what happened. All the videos, music groups, and VJs I enjoyed watching disappeared. I don't even think rap should be a "musical" category but that is what MTV went to. You call that diverse? I call it a takeover. Did you go see Straight Outta Compton just because it was a black movie? If so, you have no grounds to say anything to anyone who views their movies for the same reason......period. We live in a democracy where the majority rules. You want to make it where minorities rule by screaming racism whenever they don't get their way. For reruns, I like the old Andy Griffith show and Two and a Half Men (the original). Watched some Rifleman just the other day. I think that this will be my last post on this thread. A white guy and a black guy SAVED the NBA. They were Larry Bird and Earvin "Magic" Johnson. Had they not come along, the NBA was on the skids for viewership and possibly folding. Yep, a big old white guy help save the NBA. If he played today, he would be an Allstar again, plus win the 3 point shooting contest. You only picked sprinting from a ton of competitions in the Olympics. Since we go by ticket sales, the women's gymnastics is the hottest ticket going....totally dominated by whites. Back on topic....last movie theater I went to was to see Spiderman....took my kid. Really not much of a moviegoer. Too easy to view elsewhere.

Actually, she makes sense. Your attempts to diminish her actions and silence her free speech are not only expected, but shows you can't think outside the box. There are lots of things that go into making a movie great, not just ticket sales. Look at last year. Birdman beat out American Sniper for best picture but didn't top it in ticket sales.....or do you really care. I think you just throw stuff out there to stir the pot.

After watching that video again, I think my wife could take him. He looks like a cowardly wuss anyway, and my wife would not have cowered to him. I like that about her. Before anyone gets any ideas, no, she does not beat me up, but I promise, if that turd had slapped my wife, she would have fought back......kinda like a bear protecting her cubs, even against the much larger male. My wife doesn't care for guns, but is not against anyone having them or my small collection of them.
