My wife and I just saw on tv that $8 billion was spent on drilling holes in cat’s heads and spinning them around to see how it affects their balance. 1. How does anyone apply for such funds? 2. Who in congress really cares about this scientific procedure? Who approved of such funds? Surely it’s traceable. 3. Since I believe no one is truly interested in this science project, money has to be skimmed in order for anyone to even be interested. 4. After discovering who is responsible for funding such a program, bank accounts should be investigated of all involved.
