If going off the beginning of the year, yes. What I have seen from LCM lately, they seems to be the most improved team this year so far.

If a certain PNG WR would actually give a 100% effort Indians would score at will. He missed a for sure TD and when time ran off the clock gave no effort towards a very catchable ball in the endzone! Very disappointing effort on that certain WR!

Yes you are correct. These two young ladies did win AOY. This should be a great example for young girls wanting to get into high school fishing.  It just shows that if 2 15 y/o girls can win, every young girl has a chance.

I have absolutely no idea what you are saying in this post.

From an outsider looking in and not seeing or talking to anybody that was at the game, I am just looking at the box scores and the Central outscored Lumberton 16-11 in the 1st and 4th Qtr's and 19-14 in the 2nd Qtr. Lumberton won the 3rd qtr in a big way 25-10. I would say Central played consistently better than Lumberton throughout the majority of the game. It's always easy to blame the refs after a tough loss and never looks good for the team blaming the refs. Was it the refs fault Lumberton outscored Central 25-10 in the 3rd Qtr? Central also beat Lumberton in the first district meeting between the teams at Lumberton. I would say Central is the better team or the better coached team. If Central played more aggressive and the refs allowed the aggressive play to happen then Lumberton should have been more aggressive or used Central's aggressive play against them.

U can say da refs was to blame but it went both ways. Da refs missed a lot of off arm offensive foul calls all night against Lumberton. But guess wat da aggressive play is wat ur going to c n da playoffs so don't complain about da refs. Last thing lumbertons second best shooter missed two one n ones to ice da game. Don't complain about refs complain about making free throws wen it counts. God bless

Unfortunately, games are not always officiated equally.  Part of basketball is "adjusting to the officiating" in spite of the disparity in calls.  Early, I learned it was unproductive to remain "upset with how the refs called the game," and more productive to make whatever necessary adjustments to minimize the harm.

Why port neches girls 8th grade didn't play in the Vincent tournament this year. They competed wit smiths seventh grade team in tourney. Was looking forward to playing them this year. Very well coached team. Oh well c them next year freshman team. Go jags

Class act Ozen Girls, what a great show of sportsmanship showing up and cheering on the PNG girls!

That was the best sporting event I have been to this year, even over any football game. 
Kudos to Ozen. What a strong hitting team! My goodness they can hit the ball. 
PNG won this match on determination really. That is all I can say because they should have lost this one several times and found ways to get Ozen on its heels. 
33 years straight, that is flat out the most amazing streak in Southeast Texas. I was 2 the last time they didn't make it. Unbelievable. 

Lumberton is in no matter what, they won the coin toss. The winner tonight between PNG and Ozen is in as well. Then, Lumberton will play the winner of PNG and Ozen to determine the seeding for 3rd and 4th.

It was an exciting, fun four sets. GCM win set 4 (27-25)

The way I understand it it will come down to a mini tournament.
There will be some sort of coin flip for the team that gets a bye in the first round, this also means that team will automatically right then earn a playoff berth. 
The other two teams play it out with the loser being out. Then the winner of that plays the team with the bye to settle who gets third and who gets fourth.
As I said, this is just how I have understood it to go. I could be off base here but I believe this is the way it will go down.

GCM is undefeated
Nederland with only 2 losses both to GCM
Ozen has lost 4 and has PNG and Nederland left
PNG has lost 5 and has Ozen and GCM left
Lumberton has lost 5 and has GCM and Central left.
So the remaining 2 games are HUGE for Ozen, PNG and Lumberton.
The Ozen vs PNG game will be a BIG deciding factor.
PNG has not missed the playoffs in 32 years!
