Decided to stay home and watch it on Texan Live. I did not think Bellville recovered the fumble. You could tell the WOS kid was on it and it was pulled from under him. I also do not believe he made it to the goal line on the last two point conversion.

Y'all sure have fun talking stuff about NC. That's fine, talk the shit. How do you think PAM would stack up against Manvel? I'm thinking no better than how NC will do today.

Certainly a really tough draw for NC in the second round. The reward for winning first ever playoff game,  is the number 1 team in the state. I'm sure our kids and coaches will give it their best shot. Manvel is heavily favored but I believe it will be closer than the Jaguar fan posted above.

In all seriousness, I know NC is a huge underdog. That does not mean our kids and coaches will not show up expecting to compete. If we can somehow find a way to keep it close and give ourselves a chance at the end I will be happy.

Central fans...give your coaches and team some love...they battled and left it all on the field.  What more can you ask for?  Good job Central Jaguars...you exemplified what HS football is about...play hard, play with passion, fight for what you get, and add up the score at the end.  Tip of the cap to NC.

I will get to see this one now that NC confirmed for Saturday. Crosby on Thursday, Porter on Friday and NC on Saturday. Should be a fun week!

I was there, things got a little chippy a couple of times but I did not see any really out of control or cheap shot plays. It is an emotional game, especially last game of regular season with district championships on the line.
My one take away is your QB. We all know what kind of player he is but he was a little rough on his own teammates a couple of times. And stood on sidelines by himself.

Why would you say poor Porter? They have a solid team and are getting to play at home. I would bet they have at least 4,000 fans in attendance and more if New Caney plays on Thursday or Saturday. While I agree they will not be the favorite, I would not expect a blowout either. Coach Holley will have them in the game, I am sure of that. I remember a couple years back when Nederland as the DC played a Holley coached team in the first round, we know how that turned out.

You will enjoy the stadium. It is a nice place to play a high school game.

NC has been missing the freshman corner the last two games. He could have really helped against BH and Porter. But to your point, I agree we would not have won the last two games with those three all out at the same time.

You guys should come watch the game from the home side at Texan Drive stadium. This should be another really good game.
