He will definately be missed. He's got alot of ties there. He went to school there, played his sports there, and graduated from there. I bet it must have been a hard decision for him. Good luck coach Morgan....

Hardin's AD (Mike Morgan) told his student athlete's yesterday that he will not be in Hardin next year. Carthage is what I'm hearing, will be his next stop as a coach. Comments?

Its yet to be seen, but I think, they got a very good replacement for BG. I hope so anyway. It doesn't really matter to us true fans, we're gonna support em' anyway.

Can't really argue with this, and I pretty much agree. Its just, Imus is not in the business of making fun of people, like a comedian. It wasn't appropriate. I don't think he should be fired, but now, almost all of his sponsors are pulling out anyway. Mainly due to the fact of what's happening right here with us. Just plain ole bad publicity. They don't want to be a part of. Like I said, it ruined his career, even if its right or wrong. Good article though, thanks DenisG... oh and P.S., give me back my karma, ;D

Jackson and Sharpton are idiots, but that does not make Imus right. He was broadcasting on a nationally syndicated radio show. He can't be allowed to speak of people like that. Heck, even on this little ole SETX forum, Coop wouldn't allow any of us to call anybody names like what he used. Would Coop be keeping us from free speech? I totally agree about how Sharpton and Jackson make issues with things, even like this with Imus, but just because I don't like those two guys, doesn't mean i agree with what Imus did. Heck, what if it were one of our daughters he was talking about. I'd want to beat the crap out him. Bottom line, people shouldn't talk about people that way, no matter the color. IMO.

Buna wins big. Hardin looked as though they turned a corner with some good playing a couple weeks ago, but lately, they look flat again. Hardin can't hit Kountze pitching, they certainly wont hit Buna pitching. No offense to Kountze, but Buna's pitching is tops in the district...
