He's right, whats the point of putting the classification? Its bragging if you're the smaller school that won, its an excuse for a smaller school that lost.

This was a good game tonight. Most of Hardin's starters came out mid way in the 3rd. I thought WH did a really good job tonight considering how long some of those kids were on the feild. It did show alot of heart. Hardin this year looks like a different school than what I watched last year. They are starting to beleive in themselves. They can move the ball with their well balanced offense. I'm not really sure how the district will pan-out. But at least this years Hornets are playing with some heart and for that I'm proud of them.

I'd like to add to the title of this post and say that Hardin, Kountze AND Anahuac will make this district interesting. EC, Buna, Deweyville, and Warren were all pretty good last year, now that these teams have stepped up, this district will be fun to watch. Good luck to all, 2 more weeks till District!!!!

Copperas Cove is like a small Permian of the 80's/90's. Thay have a very solid PROGRAM built. Every year it seems they are running late into the play-offs.

I heard it was in the 60's earlier this year. Not 100% sure though...

I agree. A steady routine is the best plan. Changing things up can cause confusion and lack of concentration. Not to mention superstitions... Alot of coaches are superstitious. Same, same, same....(if you're winning)

Just read an article where the Super at HI said they would not be able to play a game in HI this whole year! Tough break, good luck Cardinals on the rest of whats going to be a mixed up season.

Wow, you went through all the trouble of registering on here to say this, impressive. I don't think anyone is beating on their chest here. All that is being said is HD will win and win big. Its a "stat" week. A "gimme" game. Don't get someone hurt in this type of game. Any questions, whocares?

I do remember talking on this subject, just seems to me one more division such as a 6A would align schools with MORE similar numbers. It will still cause alot of travel issues, but sure seems that it would be easier than changing just for football then back the same for other sports. You could also just flat out do away with division I or II. Simplicity in a complex issue...
