Neither side owns the patent on limited government. Neither side practices it. If people want to tone down the volume on politics, put politics back in its proper place—as a minor impact on our daily lives, instead of affecting almost everything we do from the moment we wake up until the moment we go to bed. Limit government’s involvement in our lives, you limit the rhetoric. People will find other—more productive—things to discuss. Simple concept really. Anyone who thinks more government is better deserves exactly what they get. Less freedom.

Yes. But, it wasn't a formal range. Just yahoos target shooting in a field.

The myth of 'The Middle' is just that...a myth. You either stand for limited government and Federalism as our Founders intended, or you're just quibbling about who you want to control you.

Y’all should be good to go. Glad you’re posting about the Cats here.

Google Admits to Censorship - Biden Administration Pressure

Better, unless the President came on…on all 3 channels. Invariably, he would interrupt Miss Kitty, Marshall Dillon, and Festus after we waited all week for the episode. -
If PN-G doesn't have a letdown, I don't see this one as anywhere close. Indians with relative ease. I really don't see anyone challenging PN-G in district this year. Maybe Dayton. But, Huntsville is a big disappointment, and Montgomery was shredded by Kingwood Park. I just don't see a challenge coming.

Yeah. Sounds kind of fishy. They'd be sticking the knife in their own back since they pay millions for the rights, then the affiliates pay them. College football is a much bigger draw than Kimmel. The major over-the-air networks are basically empty shell corporations without their affiliates. Advertisers aren't going to pay enough for Disney/ABC to even compete to purchase sports programming without the affiliates. They'd lose a much larger audience if they moved everything strictly to ESPN. Many aren't going to pay. Especially nowadays. Advertisers wouldn't be happy about that move either. I think if Disney/ABC want to play chicken with their affiliates, Nexstar and Sinclair may have the upper hand.

I think they needed the rest and regroup time. Retool/rethink a few things for the 'real season.' It was a very solid predistrict against 3 quality teams. I think it really helps when they schedule challenging opponents. Friendswood looks a lot better than last year, and they always play LP tight. This game will be a tough matchup.

I agree all the way around. Although, Ruffin--as fantastic as he is paired with Simon--is also a really major cog in the D. I worry if he's used too much on O, the D suffers from the plays he needs to rest. Tough balancing act. But, I think that can be managed by the staff pretty well. It also gives playing time/experience to his B/U at the LB position. The QB situation, I've said since prior to the season, Wells brings the dynamic to the O that Saenz doesn't. But, Saenz has led this team through the whole building process, and played to his capabilities at the QB spot. I just think it's time to ride with the QB that can take the team to the next step. There's got to be a place Saenz can contribute. If he was a capable punter, it would be nice to have a QB punting. Teams would never be sure if a fake was coming, and it could be a great weapon. I have no idea how his receiving skills are. But, having him line up for possible double passes would be an awesome play to have in the playbook as well. Barnes and Sandolph graciously made way for Simon last year, knowing it would cut into their carries. They did it for the team. I think Saenz is the same type player, and the team has the same mentality. It never hurts to have two capable QB's in case of injury.

Just wait until FOX & Murdoch own part of TikTok. Some will absolutely lose their minds. First Twitter, then TikTok? 🤣 -

Been saying that all year so far. Hopefully, they got some work in on the bye week. I don’t remember when I’ve seen an LP D look this bad. Would also make the QB switch. It’s time.
