Kountze lost 2 Franklins. The one that got the ball in every big game situation and the one that handed it to him. They will miss them both.I don't think Kirbyville graduated many last year and they were very solid down the line up.I think they will be the favorite.

Anyone who thinks Kountze doesn't run up the score in basketball has never been in the gym. The same things apply on either field, if you don't want the score ran up play better defense.

It's not only Silsbee. I used to enjoy watching Silsbee , HJ, Orangefield  and Kountze. It wasn't unusual to see them put 80 on the board on any given night. The game overall is just down right now on the girls side. I think it's more a lack of interest than a lack of talent.

I only missed one game,,the Iola evadale game.  ughhh 
 
I told prepballfan earlier today I didn't like that I picked Evadale and was going to switch to Iola. I never made the switch or I would have a perfect week so far! 

Adjustments make a difference in close games. When it's 56-0 you are just playing a better club.

Hardin will have the home field advantage. I'm not sure who wins this one but it should be the closest game of the district this week.

Our district is far from being SEC like...SE Texas football in general has been down for several years...

Well HJ out slowed, under sized, and non-athletics them for another win.. Center must have lost players this week, or they are only good on odd number days, or the all caught the flu right before the game... It is SURELY not because HJ has talent

Don't get on the coach. He was given this assignment very late in the summer and didn't have a ton of kids come out for the program. I've said it before but I'll say it again, the expectations were unrealistic. This was a 4th place team last year and the teams above them are as good as they were last year and Buna dropped down. If they go 5-5 they have been SUCCESSFUL .
