  1. No I agree with you 100 percent... any hard licks now are almost subject to a penalty I feel like. I see a lot of good legit clean hits on all levels that they still call unnecessary roughness. I can’t comment and say it was legit hit or not just cause I didn’t have a good view on it,
  2. It’s inside of 15 yards so it’s a spot foul. That’s why it’s a 4 yard PI penalty. The 30 yards was a PI (over 15) so mark that.. then add 15 yards for the dead ball unsportmanslike on the CB flexing over the WR.. another 15. So 30 yards
  3. What was suppose to make the difference.. lol I’m just curious
  4. Several friends I know said at the deer camp for youth weekend, Others said cause of the Astros World Series is playing, and others said to cold... so a bunch of excuses. Lol
  5. Wins a Win. I’ll take it... Dogs sink the Black Pearl for possibly the last time for a while...
  6. Lol wow Nederland...
  7. Hit or miss...
  8. There’s a ex TJ player on the coaching staff..
  9. I know someone from SC that would like that a lot...
  10. Just walked in the stadium scoreboard reads 7-0 Nederland up. Typical Nederland and those Mid County Refs with one of those Mid County calls... lol
  11. 1.) LP 2.) PAM 3.) Lee 4.) Hill 5,) PNG 6.) NED 7.) Lumberton 8.) LCM 9.) HH 10.) Center 11.) Tarkington 12.) WOS 13.) Silsbee 14.) EC 15.) Anahuac 16.) Kirbyville 17.) Orangefield 18.) Newton 19.) Groveton 20.) Lovelady 21.) Burkeville 22.) Kelly 23.) BBC 24.) Gilmer Union 25.) Oakwood
  12. 2210 will be the cutoff number haha but Aledo will be D1 IMO
  13. Are they big or small in numbers bigdog?
  14. Longview posted 2220 according to Matt if true. Very close to 5A number range.. large 5A small 6A
  15. If the number is 1180 misses it by 1.. Matt Steep predicted that it will be the cut off number few weeks ago.
  16. So looks like splendora is possibly moving up to 5A...
  17. Nederland almost dropped 100 kids from last time, really thought we would have grown a tad bit oh well
  18. If they drop in classification I don’t think we continue to play them so might be
  19. It is, the dirt pits are turning into ponds that they will fill up and become housing... Nederland water lines are ready to go, they already tried to annex all that area once because they know what is going on over there and see the possible tax dollars
  20. I see both MC schools to stay in 5A-D2 for a very very long time. Only way we move up (which I hope we don’t ever) is that housing they wanna develop across from the prisons and end of Nederland Ave where there is already a few subdivisions.
  21. Dayton sounds like us Mid county schools.. stay the same on growth size due to being land locked...
  22. That’s what all of the BH faithfuls say is exactly what you said.. did they ever build more elementary schools and middle schools like what was talked about a few years ago... is there rapid growth in Dayton like there is at the Hill and Crosby?
  23. I was curious with how much growth is going on over there, I wanna say you are right Crosby was very close to that D1 number. But if BH were to stay in Div 2 I would say this would be the last time before they make the jump up to Div 1. So much housing is getting built over there..
  24. Interesting to see Lumberton, Vidor, Cleveland, BH, Crosby, HH numbers... heard all these teams could be moving
  25. Montana Quirante found some eligibility and coming back for one game?
