Lol. Yes. You are guilty of blind following for reasons other than stated. But like I said, the important thing is we are ALL pulling for a Raiders win no matter how we get there. Hoping for a good result Friday night!
I think we are on the same side of the fence. I don’t know yet, but I bet we will see a different offensive scheme this week. Raiders really need this win if they want to be in the top 2 spots. Can’t wait!
1. I wasn't referring to YOU as a blind follower - and if you have better things to do then why do you post on here at all?
2. I wasn't trying to get anyone (I assume you mean the coaches) to get info on how to run a program.
3. My "assumptions" are definitely not based on bias, I can assure you... I have no doubt those coaches are doing what they think is the best decision. Doesn't mean that they are right. Doesn't mean you or I am right either. I'm not adamant on blasting the coaches. I've done more over the years for that program (current program included) than you can ever imagine. I will continue to support them. That doesn't mean I have to agree with every decision. Hopefully through wins & losses they will prove that they made good decisions with the offense.
Until Silsbee, due to weather on two occasions, the Raiders have had a pretty easy schedule. That time is over. Now is the real challenge that I hope the coaches can overcome. It makes me think of a quote by MLK Jr. "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."
Can't wait for Friday Night! Let's Go Raiders!
Look, I know you clarified by saying, “Question everything, the world is not as it appears.”, but can you entertain that the 2 storms our area incurred were just random acts of nature, and not a trillion watt laser. You said, “It didn't match how hurricanes have behaved historically. I knew there had to be more to it.” Please just keep ALL possibilities open and not just the ones perpetuated by whack jobs.
