  1. I sure hope you’re right. I just can’t see it with all the BS. Even his own party is suspect.
  2. No, I do not.
  3. That’s the most frustrating part.
  4. Unfortunately, that’s not true. I wish it was.
  5. No argument, just a question. What about the Brazosport game? Another deceiving anomaly?
  6. Hell no. I wouldn’t.
  7. Except in High Island... 😇
  8. Yep. It’s worse depending on where you go.
  9. Yep. It means a lot to me. My daughter who lives in Houston early voted about a week ago. She sent me a pic of her and her new husband eating at a restaurant with their “I Voted” stickers on their shirts. Made me proud of her and hopeful.
  10. That’s why we have Austin...
  11. Don’t run it unless you need it if it’s something you want to surprise a team with. You can run it full speed in practice. Worst thing happens is you run it live in the game and it doesn’t work. Then don’t run it anymore. That’s my opinion. Especially a gadget play. Takes away the element of surprise. You can feature a play in a game, but in the next game, change up your formation or shift into it without spoiling the surprise.
  12. I felt dirty clicking on that link...
  13. I agree with your comment if the China Virus is in play, but I can promise you, my son would sign up to play if there were only 9 kids on his team for his senior year. Not saying it’s right or wrong, just saying...
  14. Buddy, they’re all cheaters and liars. “Your” side...”My side”, it’s all the same. You know this.
  15. Man, with all the partisanship and propaganda from each side, who the hell knows. Politicians are the biggest bunch of self-serving liars you will find. But I kind of agree with @CardinalBacker ‘s post. If you’re a realist, you would have to. We shall see.
  16. Most important comment of the day!
  17. Amen on that! Celebrate your right and your duty!
  18. I sit around with my family (most the kids are grown and gone) and watch the results. I may stay up til the next day like last year. Usually the results are apparent by Wednesday and I take everyone out to eat to celebrate our right to vote and our democracy. If my candidate wins, it’s usually a better night than if not. But win or lose, we go out to celebrate the fortune we have in living in a free country with a right to vote. My Mom started this tradition when Reagan won the first time, so I also do it in her honor.
  19. I’m not disagreeing with a single word, but easy on the State Championship history. More of an instance in the archives, wouldn’t you say? 😎 And no, Lumberton has never gotten close.
  20. Mine is too. That’s why I’m voting for Trump. Considering the economy, my 401k, payroll taxes, cost of goods, I stand to make considerably more. Plus the cost of ammo will go back down. Winning!
  21. Agreed. Kinda sucks.
  22. Maybe not, but it sure beats never playing another down again if you’re a senior.
  23. Score sounds right. + or - a few.
  24. Lumberton home games have been ok. Livingston was atrocious.
