Porter wins. Not sure of the final due to leaving early. Rhea twins had their way tonight. With the twins, Porter is a totally different team. They may not lose another district game.

Good game by both teams. #4 for Dayton is a stud. She must of had at least 40 points tonight.
I must correct myself. She had 32. Charlie had 31.

Sterling wins 46-42. GCM had their chances but could not convert. In fact they missed 15-20 free throws. Good game overall.

I saw today on thsca.com that GCM's head girls position is open. Does anyone know where Coach Fletcher is going or why he stepped down?

Final: Kingwood Park 51 Barbers Hill 32

Hmm! 1. Lack of mental toughness
2. Lack of focus
3. Weak legs
Central may have had to deal with all of those issues to some extent but to credit GCM, they played semi-mistake ball in the first half. They cut the lead to 34-31 with under a minute to play in the first half but Central out scored them 5-0 to end the half. Central put no pressure on GCM in the first half, but a different story at the start of the 3rd. Central put the pressure on and game over.
