I think it a little unfair to place the blame directly at Coach Sloan's feet (and I might be wrong in assuming that you are). Again, quite simply, this is not an uncommon occurrence in places where a new coach or a coach just a year into his tenure has some turnover in his staff.

Don't know that there is anything going on over there. Most places with recently placed coaches have turn over of this sort.
