  1. Here we go with the tick tock. Talked to a couple players today and they must not have read this thread because they are not scared. Heck, I bet the whole team shows up Friday night to play. Still think crosby gets all they want friday night. Tick tock.

They don't read any message boards. The coach's warn them off of reading them. Mine doesn't even what to here anything from me about what I read on them. He doesn't know what's on them and doesn't care.  He's going to go play his game the way he is going to play it, the way he has learned and practiced to play it for the last 6 years

  2. Coogs by 4 TD's or more.

As most already know, this is not the same team as last year. We lost a lot to graduation. With that being said, this is not last years team. This O line will hold their own, trust me. If you think they are YOUNG and inexperianced ,great keep thinking. Works for us. The Dogs will not be the pushover you may be thinking they are !

  3. Word around the water cooler is that Neumann has been hosting secret practices in his secret indoor facility since April. By the middle of July, 18 prospects will be in town to compete for the starting position. At this time he has named Lebaron the starter to throw off the restless natives. Meanwhile BF is going to the school board to see how Neumann got the funding for the indoor facility..Undercover reporters are looking into the refinery/trade for baseball coach theory. At this time no arrests have been made, however several suspects are under surveillance. Meanwhile, avid fans are putting together a raffle in Port Neches and Groves to come up with money for the new trophy case..... Spys have been sent to Nederland to get the exact measurements of the Bum Phillips trophy... Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available...

Don't forget to get a good duster to keep that empty glass shelf cleaned off, industrial sized should do. It will need to last a few years !

    Just Saying!

  4. I can't wait to see how Nederland gets the ball to Perkins all he do is score touchdowns. I really want to see how the "BIG NASTY"-Yes Corbin "THE NEXT D1" -who will be a true freshman play this year.[/quot

Lol Crosby going to beat the brakes of Ned in a hurry.

LOL.... Nederland doesn't stop, so we have no need for brakes. What you gonna beat off now? Never mind, I don't think I want to know !

  5. You guys are missing the point. In sabermetrics terms...Sage had the highest WAR in recent (15 years) Nederland history. You guys made it about PNG. Every team has one guy in each game that if replaced would have caused an L. In Nederlands case the past few years more often the not that guy was Saey and to say the Neuman will just find someone to replace him and keep on clicking is shortsided. I have no doubt Neuman will keep the Dogs in the hunt because he is an excellent coach, but life without Saey will proove to be much more difficult.
Anyone believe Allen can easily replace Murray?

Same thing was said this year after losing DeShawn and Caleb on defense. They were the ONLY reason Nederland won games and won DC in 2013. Well it didn't work out that way did it. Neumann will take what he has and field the best team he can possibly put together. There will always be down years for any team. But right now that has not been the case for Nederland. Right now that's just the hopes and dreams of everyone outside of Nederland
  6. Whats this got to do with PNG outside of the fact that you take Sage Seay outta the last two MCM games and Nederland gets an L.

    Seriously,

If that's the way we are going to look at it then if you take Neumann out of the picture for the last 5 years then PN might not be 0-5 for the last 5 years. Oh wait ...Neumann was there and so was Sage....man s#@ks you can't rewrite history.
