1. I never know what to say in a time like this. What can one say that can comfort the situation. It is such a tragic to loose a son, team mate, friend, at such an early age. God has his reasons but we cannot understand them. We just trust in God and believe that our loved one is now with him. I pray for Reggie, his family, and team mates that they can somehow accept this and know that God always has a plan. May God have mercey on his sole, may God bless his sole, and may his sole rest in peace. I hope there is counceling at the school on Monday and that the kids can cope with this situation and that the team can again come together. Keep up the good faith guys.

Not sure.

 4. Bridge City went twice that I know of. 1965 lost but I don't remember to who. 1966 won against Mckenny 30-6. I think this is the two years they went. I moved to BC in the late 70's and don't know if they had ever been earlier than the mid 60's.
 5. Boy, it sounds like Friday night better get here real soon before this thread gets waaaaaaaayyy out of hand.
 6. PNG lost their first game to a very good Gregory Portland team. It is a game they could have won just as easly as they lost. A one point game. The second loss was from a 3-0, now, Texas City team that won in the last seconds with a field goal. There were two pass interference calls on the winning drive. That is all part of football. The announcers said that the penalties didn't look legit but they were not on the field and the refs are. It too is a game they could have easily have won as well as lost. They could be 3-0 with just a little luck. But that is the way football is. I do believe that Gregory Portland and Texas City could be the two best teams if they were in this district. I would rate the teams as follows: 1. PNG 2. Ozen 3. Nederland 4. LCM/Lumberton 6. Central 7. Livingston 8. Vidor This is just the way I see it. My Opinion only. It is still a little early in the season. When district starts everyone will get a better feel for it and my predictions could change drastically.
Well WOS played FW to within one point. I think they are the best team in Orange county until someone else in Orange county beats them.
 8. I have watched Kirbyville play this year. They are big strong and fast. After the way BC played Vidor and Kelly, I think the game will be close. At this point Kirbyville may be just a little stronger. But BC will be tough. Could go either way.

Very balanced. Also Eddins hasn't thrown a pick all year.
you throw these stats out as if you've played a team comparable to bc... just because you do that to westbury christian school and east chambers doesnt mean you will come close to doing that to bc! i dont think the bulldogs will sniff the endzone in this game. bc big!
I don't know Venom. BC scrimmaged EC this year and it was a tough scrimmage. I think the game could be a close one.

I think they have played some close games also. I was wondering. What is the record with PNG verses Nederland?
 13. The stadium holds 8500 fans. Of course the home side holds a little more than the visitors but all in all the stadium should be large enough for the crowd Friday night.
 14.
Listen fwstangs... Get out your pen, get out your book, write it down... 42 - 38 WOS Take that to the bank and use it as collateral, because it's as good as gold.
This holds as much credence as BC Card saying Vidor won't score against BC.
 15. I watched the game on the internet. PNG played well enough to win the game. Luck was going their way earlier in the game. Momentum shifted when GP completed a long pass that led to their first TD. It was the first game of the season and a high profile one at that. Both teams probably had the jitters. PNG had a droped pass that would have been a TD. The game could have gone either way. Only inches from a first down and PNG probably could have gotten a littler closer. Kicked the field goal and won. The coaches will have the team ready to play this Friday. I believe PNG has the team that could go the rest of the way to the play-offs and be 9-1. Time will tell. JMO Good luck to the Indians and all the other teams in that district.
No way Vidor scores 50 . The last couple of times we played them they got the W. This is BC's year for payback and Vidor will be lucky to score. Mark it down Vidor will not score. I just hope that coach doesnt let up after we get up by 3 TDs. We are expected to pulvarize them and we need to run up the score to keep our momentum for the next game.
I smell crow... ;) :D
I agree Brenham fan. I don't know who this is but that kind of talk sounds immature and gives the rest of our fans a bad name. The game should be good and probably very close. Vidor has surprised me with how well they did with Texas high. BC's offensive line is very strong. As well as their defensive line. They too are big and strong. I look for a good game.
 19. PNG should have gone for two on their last TD. They would have lost by two instead of one or the game could have ended in a tie. Loosing by two is not any different than loosing by one except for the one point. If they were successful on the two point try the game would have ended in a tie. Then there is overtime and anybody can win.
 20.
Where are they in the game?
Half time at the Alamo dome.
 21. Final BC 50 Shepherd 0. Shepherd received 2nd half kick off and fumbled. BC recovered. First play BC scored (Menard) to make the score 48 to 0. Shepherd later attempted a fourth down punt. Ball went over the head of the punter and BC scored a safety on the play. Actually it looked like BC should have been awarded the ball on Shepherd's 1/2 yard line. The refs did the best thing considering the one sidenest of the game. In my opinion BC looked good but still need to improve on carrying the ball. It could have been knocked free on most plays if Shepherd had went for the ball. And the center needs a lot of work. There were several bad snaps. It looked like the two teams ran pretty much the same plays but BC's linemen were a lot stronger that Shepherd's. They pretty much manhandled them all night. The reserves played all but one play of the second half.
 22.
The following year.
The following year is where the Indians lost to SA Churchill 13 - 7 in the rain at rice stadium. A receiver missed a pass inside the 5 yard line that would have probably won it for the Indians. This was a semifinal game I believe.
 23. We pretty much know where Danielle is heading but how concerned should we be about the other system ssw of Cape Verde islands and also the weather system that is still on land but is on the west coast of Africa? It looks pretty big.
