Agreed.  Would be surprised if PNG wasn’t picked 1st.

Yea, I was surprised BH didn’t start Nutter.  But, Bryant pitched a phenomenal game.  2 great pitchers.

Yep.  Picked that matchup when we started this whole thing.  

SOC 37-3.  Their average margin of victory in their 5 playoff games is 35.  Another level.

SOC is winning.  Yawn.

I knew there was an explanation for why Crosby was picked 1st.

So where did they pick Angleton in the edited version?  They probably would like a redo on this District. 

Reading my Texas Football mag page 250, neither team listed in the Top 4.  Crosby picked 1st, LaPorte picked 5th, Angleton not even listed in the District.  Talk about flying under the radar.

I’m shocked.  College Station and A&M both knocked out by LaPorte and Angleton

Huntsville goes for 4th and 1 at their own 23 and down not get it.  SOC ball.  

SOC answers.  4 yard TD run.  24-7

70 yard TD pass for Huntsville.  17-7

46 yard TD pass for SOC.  17-0.  Official threw a flag for illegal motion, but they picked it up. 

Hornets had a couple chances to score.  They had a 50 yard run to the 5 yard line, but a teammate decided he wanted to stay downfield and get an unnecessary roughness penalty. Then they were set up at the 12 yard line after a fumbled punt.  Then a bad snap and they go backwards and dont score.

if Huntsville stops beating themselves, they would have a chance.
