Nederland is good yr in year out. They should have a really good shot at winning the district. Could possibly win it out right.

Vidor PG is a really nice player.  Like his game a lot.

Nederland was probably the best team there. Not sure how many football boys they are missing. 
Orangefield play ok don’t feel like they used the big kid enough. He would post up an they wouldn’t  give him the ball. But that will change when they get the head coach’s on the sideline. 
Vidor kids was up and down the floor. They moved the ball very well. 
Lcm looked very lost at times.  When they guard had the ball. The other just watch didn’t help to get him open. 
Lumberton played very fast. Not sure on how the press is goin to work come district. They should get more size when football is over
BC couldn’t really get a good look at them.

Really don’t understand what the big deal is he is a 16 year old kid he will have good games, subpar games, and bad games that doesn’t mean he cant play the maim thing he is a great kid understands the game and has a high ceiling and for the record I’ve watched him play all summer long beside my son so let’s just congratulate the kid.

One other classy moment from Silsbee tonight.  In the 3rd quarter, Devon McCain tipped the ball out of a Bobcat ballhandler’s hand and it went backcourt, with orangefield getting the ball back.  Ref incorrectly calls back court.  Devon tells ref he tipped it.  Refs confer and Devon walks over and tells them again he tipped it.  Regardless, sometimes refs are intent on making a horrible call.  But for those of you questioning McCain’s character, I thought that showed a lot.

I have zero doubt you are out of your element in this argument, as virtually everyone has known other than you.  Indeed this has become a ridiculous, tired line that you’ve taken throughout this “crusade” of yours. 
Of course there are a variety of ways to earn scholarships.   But for basketball, certainly the best recipe is playing high profile summer ball.   But don’t take my word for it, ask the guys that have those schollies to give.   And I’ve been to multiple events in the past few years with scores of those guys.  One such event routinely has 300 plus D1 coaches under 1 roof.  Let me know the next time a “Big 3” game gets say 10 percent of that number, maybe even 1 percent of that number.  
But for someone who always seems focused on points alone, it is nice to see you mention being a teammate.  Because unselfishness and being a great teammate happens to be one of this kid’s biggest strengths.
