Tevin jones is a good running back...he had his moments last year when he shined but we just didnt have the run blocking to support him. This year maybe will be a lil different and that can open up the passing game alot to.

LCM vs PNG

Any updates on the lcm scrimmage?

You cant judge anything off of 7 on 7..all it is , is an overrated practice. Ive been told by someone who was involved in the 7 on 7 that there was more reasons than LCM being good that caused them to do what they did...i.e. other teams having players not playing etc. Heck the Fannett 8th graders beat PNG boys like 40 to nothing and barely lost in the championship to i think Central or West Brook on 7 on 7. Think that would happen if they strapped it up this year? Well PNG boys was ONLY PN boys no Groves boys and they had only had like 3 practices..pretty much sandlot. The fannet boys if Im not mistaken had practiced quite a bit. Anyhow just proving my point 7 on 7 doesnt mean a thing. Heck, my New Caney boys have about the best "skilled" crew in the region but do you think I believe for a second they will win more than 5 or 6 games? Not sure who is going to be running back but i remember seeing this cesar kid at running back in junoir high and his freshman year and he was a stand out. he could flat out fly. But none of that matters if the line hasnt improved which im sure crouch is working them hard.

The fans our screaming for a rematch between silva and sonnen and dana is gonna give them what they want cause he knows its going to bring in a ton of money. After that fight if silva was to win it should be silva vs gsp at a catch wieght. Even with the catch wieght it would take a solid year of training for gsp to put enough muslce on for the fight.

I know im going to regreat saying this ;D While doty is a great qb i dont think he is the best qb in the district. Im willing to bet my low paying job that if lcm had the line and running game support that png had last year that gonalez would have put up some amazing numbers. With the line and dismal running game at lcm last year(which has much improved)he still did very well. Im going to say this now if the line has improved as much as i have heard then im betting gonzo is mvp of the district.

I didnt see much of any composure from silva. If you consider 4.5 rounds on your back getting pounded and not being able to do anything as composure then i guess we have different defintions of composure. It was great that he had ability to get that arm bar off (im only a blue belt in bjj and i called it as soon as i saw his arms laying straight out acros silva) even though sonnen left him self open for it. But even though it was an officail loss for sonnen, he won the match and showed the world silva can and will be beat soon. I see a rematch soon...very soon...and i see sonnen finishing the fight on the ground. Im 100% sure he is begging dana right now to have a rematch. But if the gsp silva fight does happen and dont see silva winning it. Even with the size advantage of silva, gsp doesnt miss take downs and he is a better striker than sonnen. Not as good as silva but just long enough to take him down and beat his face in.

rematch between carwin and lesner next weekend.... But really though a rematch is instore very soon between those to.

It seemed like anychance that he could screw the us he did it.

I have to go with gonzo. Better at the scramble...which he did a lot of but when he stayed in the pocket he still hit his recievers. Doty is a good qb but with the running game the have and the o-line his stats will be better. But when in clutch situations ill take gonzo over anyone in the district.

I think sonnen is a better match up for silva then demain but still dont think he has the stuff the beat silva. I just hope for silva that he decides to come out and fight not show boat.

Yea he is atop the list but if he would have just won one state champoinship he would be for sure the coach of the decade.

Isnt bh 4-4 in district...if true i dont think coach of the year goes to him. Barbers hill is always a tough team to play year in and year out but riojas has done a lot in a short time at wos. I think he deserves coach of the year.
