Very pleased to be wrong on that one. I imagine everyone outside of Bridge City was wrong on that one. BC was the better team.

United/Lake Creek West Brook will blow out Kingwood Park

This is the first time in school history that Bridge City has made it to the 3rd round of the playoffs. Also, their current 14 game win streak is the longest in school history. Definitely an historical season for the Cards.

I think Crawford beats Livingston next round.

Crawford will be tough. That would be the regional finals. Next round, BC could be facing a 7 footer who is pretty darn good if Lampasas beats Navasota. He scored 44 in their first round game.

Bridge City controlled the tempo and made Washington play halfcourt offense and defend in the halfcourt. Washington was doing nothing but chunking three's. Again, BC was the better team.
