  1. I would rather see the bra and panties matches. Just make sure you recruit the local strip clubs and Hooters for your wrestlers. ;D
  2. With a $1000 PSL attached.
  3. Why would you think it would be crowded Friday morning? Better not get with T.C., he'll just talk you into mowing. ;D
  4. I agree. I don't think it was thought of any other way. I am just curious how Thompson was "misquoted". Thompson was saying to only place he will play on defense is at defensive backfield no other position on defense. Uh, that's not what this quote says, As a junior, he was a first-team all-District 21-3A wide receiver and second-team defensive back. He will only play in the defensive backfield this season, WO-S defensive coordinator Cornell Thompson said
  5. It's always Father's Day weekend, whatever dates that is. Lazeek, you knew this before you booked that condo. : Just another excuse. The actual dates are June 17, 18, 19, 20.
  6. You guys need to come up to Silsbee and play. It is open to the public Tues. thru Sun. and our greens are as good as anyone's in the area. Give me a hollar when you are coming.
  7. I agree. I don't think it was thought of any other way. I am just curious how Thompson was "misquoted".
  8. MMSLB, I gather that AJ25 has some personal animosity towards Sherman. I am guessing it has something to do with A&M spurning a certain Lumberton player.
  9. You're kidding, right? Are you trying to say that they only play the games just to entertain fans? Give me a break. : The game is for the kids and coaches. They would play them without fans, trust me. Having fans attend the games is just icing on the cake. You can have cake with no icing, it's just not as sweet. But, the cake is the important ingredient, not the icing. Of course unless you are a 5 year old. :
  10. Thank you, nuff said.
  11. Just how do you need fans to make a team? Isn't a team formed before there are any fans?
  12. I thought Hooks was the head guy? Doesn't everything go through him? :
  13. I totally agree. But they are not the difference between winning and losing. That is the point I have been trying to make but some folks just don't get it. :
  14. Yep, you can read Hooks like a book.
  15. Fans are not that important to the success of the team. A team will win or lose with or without fans. Don't get me wrong, teams love having the fans attend the games, but they don't win the games for them. That is what I mean by "not that important". : To quote DickyV, "You people"! :
  16. Nobody said they were worthless, just not that important to a team's success.
  17. Oh, I forgot to post something about JJ. Sorry Griff. ;D
  18. If I know the coaching staff at WOS, they will put the best athletes on the field at all times. I was just suprised at the comment made by Thompson. Having Haynes sit on the sidelines is not something that is done at WOS. I agree with Coop, he will play offense.
  19. I think Haynes can be a good Div. I player. Colleges love his great athletic ability which they all believe can be molded into a fine college football player. Oh, and the jury is still out on Sherman turning around the Aggies. These next two years will tell the tale.
  20. Arnaud shoots a final round 75 to finish tied for 18th.
  21. I find this to be very interesting: As a junior, he was a first-team all-District 21-3A wide receiver and second-team defensive back. He will only play in the defensive backfield this season, WO-S defensive coordinator Cornell Thompson said. I would have thought Toby would insist on him playing offense too.
  22. I guess with Jeremy Johnson having verbally committed already, he isn't considered heavily recruited. : According to the same recruiting site, he has over 11 offers. [Hidden Content] Haynes is a great athlete along with being a top student, he is well deserving of this attention. I hope he chooses Aggieland. ;D
  23. Michael Arnaud shot a -5 67 in the third round of this week's Nationwide tourney in Virginia. He currently sits tied for 11th with a total of 208, -8, after three rounds. Last week's 3rd place finisher at the 42nd Annual Silsbee MGA Invitational, had 1 eagle, 7 birdies, and 4 bogeys in his 5 under par round. Arnaud will look to get his second top 10 in a Nationwide event this year. Here is the leaderboard after three rounds: [Hidden Content]
