Silsbee (7-6), ranked #13 in the 3A state rankings, got a big road win at Beaumont West Brook Tuesday, taking down the Bruins 69-62. Let's see, Mitty is suppose to be the best team in California and Simeon is suppose to be the best team in all the nation, both lost tonight to two Texas teams. Looks as though most folks still consider Texas to be just a football state when it comes to these national basketball rankings. ;) Texas high school hoops can ball!!
