Easy call on this one. Singleton for PAM. Rushed for more yards AND his team WON the game. But, the BE player of the week is strictly a popularity contest. It's "who can drum up the most votes" and that usually goes to the player who has the bigger amount of fans that read the BE online. Too bad the BE doesn't include Coldspring as one of it's teams they cover. Gilbert of Coldspring rushed for 300 yards in their win this week.

Nederland will be far from rebuilding next year. Dogs have 17 returning starters from a regional semifinal, undefeated district champion team. The expectations will be extremely high for this team next year.
