Crosby was the more talented team, Vidor was the better team, better coached. Anyone could clearly see that. All state lists doesn't really define the player talent wise. Locals in the polls this week: 3A #4 Silsbee #5 Hardin-Jefferson #17 Coldspring 1A DI #14 Big Sandy #23 Evadale TAPPS small school #13 Beaumont Legacy Christian Still no Nederland in 4A poll or Kountze in 2A poll. Manvel moves to #2 in 4A. Dallas Kimball was only #1 team to fall, now down to #7 in 4A poll. All other #1's remained (5A Flower Mound Marcus, 3A LaVega, 2A Idalou, 1A DI Clarksville, 1A DII Laneville)

It was just a morning pool play tourney game which isn't usually covered by media.
