UIL doesn't rule on criminal things like theft. It's irrelevant for this ruling by UIL. That's for BC to discuss with local law authorities.

I personally believe there was a competitive advantage in this situation. But like the DEC and SEC ruled, there was no preponderance of evidence to prove it so therefore a forfeit wasn't warranted. I stated from the get go that I didn't think a forfeit would be warranted in this situation. Public reprimands, probation and coach suspensions? Yes. But no forfeit. Glad this is over. Now my phone can stop blowing up.
