IMO, Crosby has earned it's position here at SETXsports. Crosby has been in a district that we have covered for several years. Some folks don't know the difference between Golden Triangle and Southeast Texas. We have explained on many occasions (till we are blue in the face) why we cover the teams that we cover. Appreciate the kind words. May be bias, but I think we are the best high school message board in the state.

Not the concessions, but what gets brought up to the press box from the concessions is lacking. Nice press box, one of the best in the area, but food is way behind other press boxes in our area.

Problem is, if you deliver Papadeaux's up to the press box, you probably will start a riot being all we get up there is soda's and popcorn. lol

May have to get that done.

My plans were to cover the Ozen game at 11am, then head over to Papadeaux's and then cover the PAM game. Now it looks like I will be helping with Deer Park broadcast so no Deaux's for me.

My favorite is Friday night at Kirby Memorial Stadium when the Jasper Bulldogs came to town to take on my Silsbee Tigers. Those were the days. Now a days, give me a small town game any day over the big boys.
