Since I am "snowed" in, thought I would take a look at teams who currently have long winning streaks and teams who have had long winning streaks in the season. Here are the top current winning streaks (8 or more games): Deer Park 18 East Chambers 13 Atascocita 11 PA Memorial 10 Pollock Central 8 Top winning streaks thru this season (9 or more games): Shelbyville 13 Crosby 12 Nederland 12 West Brook 12 East Chambers 10 Humble 9 Leggett 9 East Chambers could be on a 24 game win streak had they not lost to Edgewood by 1 point.

Onalaska games versus Coldspring will be 4:30pm jv Girls, Jv boys 5:30, varsity girls 6:30 and varsity boys at 8 in Onalaska Wednesday. Games are moved from Tuesday to Wednesday.

and we laugh hysterically when those snowbirds cry about heat waves with temps around 88-90. All relevant. They are better equipped for winter weather, we are for summer weather.

Pollock Central at Newton moved to Wednesday, 7:15pm

Just got message from Coach Jeffcoat that game with Orangefield has been changed to Wednesday at Orangefield. Game times will likely remain the same.

According to LC-M basketball twitter, games are still on for tomorrow night.

All 22-6A district basketball games will be rescheduled for Wednesday, January 17th. 9A & 9B - 4:00 JVA & JVB - 5:30 Varsity- 7:00
