1.
Well, we got it handed to us today in the form of 14-0, now I have something I must bring up.  Since things on the topic of running up the score and everything always seem to come up, was it unsportsmanlike for the horns to be up 12-0 in the top of the 9th, then on a hit to the outfield, runners on 2nd and 3rd, to score both of them? I mean according to some on this board, "Classless!" "That's unsportsmanlike!", well does anyone feel like this now that it was ut that did it? I'm the type that believes it's one teams job to stop the other, so I have no problem with it, I mean we played terrible and ut played perfect, but it's always brought up and I want to know how deep hypocrisy runs.  Any takers on this issue?
That's a good question. Prob depends on which end your on. I don't have a problem with scoring from second unless it was a close call. I mean if the runner could score easily, I don't think you should rob the hitter of an RBI. However I don't believe in bunting, stealing or going home on a PB or WP, when the score is out of hand. BTW read where you are 22 away, good luck and keep at it. FYI, I have been to two graduations there, so I am not all bad.  ;)
 2. This topic has been moved to School Softball . [iurl][Hidden Content]]
 3. Mine played baseball at that age. I think a lot of girls do at that age, so that drains the numbers also.
 4. I was just wondering how you would rank the associations. When my daughter played it was something like this; how much has it changed? 1. ASA 2. AFA ( I guess NaFA or IFA would take that place) 3. USSSA
 5. Several girls from around here have played at the D1 level, many more have played JUCO, D2, or D3. Don't get hung up on having to play D1. Get an education, have fun, and play ball, in that order. Many D2 and D3's are excellent academic institutions, and JUCO's can serve as a bridge to get you where you want to go. Ronnie and Nara work hard to make this tournament all that it can be, but it won't happen overnight or by just them working on this. If you have a suggestion that would make it better or can volunteer to make it better, do it. The success of this tournamnent falls on you and serves you. If you play in this tournament and have been communicating with coaches make sure they know you will be playing here..
 6.
Just curious about what you guys would say about a issue that a buddy and I were discussing the other night. He says it's alright to sign up for more than one tournament the same weekend. My thinking is you can't be in two places at the same time, so you sign up knowing you are going to back out on somebody. These ol' boys work hard to put together tournaments for our girls to be able to play ball. I say we oughta respect them enough to only register if we plan on showing up to play ball. What do you guys think?
If you were giving the tournament how would you feel, there's your answer.

 8.
Obama was in Texas and the crowd was getting rowdy so to shut them up and get them to cheer he did not say "Yes We Can," he simply said "OU sucks"
He should have just said I am resigning......................and then said OKLAHOMA SUCKS!!
 9. I was so glad ol' Saint Nick was able to avoid the vortex that is oklahoma!  ;D
 10.

They might suck, but if the stay at the top of Herschel Simms list of schools, they won't for long.  He's prolly best recruit in the state and he just a junior.  It doesn't hurt that OU cantacts him twice a week.  His style is alot like Adrian Peterson's.  Could be a future problem for other big 12 schools.
Nooooooooooo!! Oklahoma has and always will suck because of two things. The O and the U                                          OU SUCKS!!! Looks like you must be new around these parts. ???
Not really, I joined setxsports.com at the begining of the high school playoffs.  I'm not an OU fan or a Horn.  I'm an aggie and a wolverine fan.
If you have been around here that long then you should know........ Oklahoma Sucks  ;D
 11. Hey, thats the guy who disappeared this year until a recent UT-Bama thread. I think that was because...... Oklahoma Sucks!!!!! See what I meant K. S.    ;D
 12. They suck so much that the sucked the life right out of this year, thank goodness another one is around the corner.
 13.

just finished watching an old husker vs sooner game, and OU SUCKED
Seems to be a pattern here.  Sucking goes way back into the past.  [move]OU sucked, still sucks, and will continue to suck forever and ever.  [/move]
A Universal Fact, never before stated so profoundly!  Well maybe once or twice.  ;D
 14. Never spoke to him about listing his contact info, but you can PM him at Trout on this site.
 15. Cause haven't had to listen to those OU suckers all year and it's great. Remember that dude that got on here for awhile, guess he's gone now.  ;D
 16. OU Sucks more than they have in a long time!!! Now that is Hilarious!!!!
 17. 23U in the Northeast. Here is how it is going to work. OC & GTS aren't going to have two 18 teams. One with college players palying 18U and one playing 18 Gold. They will probably have one or the other, and there are plenty of programs around just like that. Kind of a squeeze on the samller programs. Will it force someone to abandon there returning college players? The big programs will probably field two teams, one for each purpose, in fact have heard that one Houston Club has done just that. I just think this makes it harder on the small programs. Oh well, i don't have to worry about it any longer.
