I initially had some ill thoughts about this article and case. I was stating that our local authorities were pouring resources into a 25 year cold case when there are recent cases where people are missing are recent unsolved murders. But seeing this play out with the evidence and such, I have a sense of satisfaction. I would like to apologize to those authorities on behalf of myself and the others that shared my sentiments.

Personally, I like the new look, however, I do believe there are more pressing things that should've been addressed beforehand.

We've just promoted Mr. David Spencer to the new Director of Bands. He was the previous band director Mr. Underhill's assistant. Lets see if he can first of all get the numbers where they need to be. I think the rest will fall in place.

Mike T, huh? Well, congrats to him. He’s a Beaumont guy and was probably recommended by Boutee. But I would’ve went with Coleman due to him being the best candidate. Maybe BISD didn’t want to be associated with possible drama or backlash.
