My thoughts on this game. Summit just played an overall better game than BU. They played defense light years better than any other team I’ve seen BU play this year. To say that they’re undersized, they played defense light great in your face defense, their hands are active, they are always in great positions to grab rebounds. Also, on offense, they run plays for their best players. United was a stark contrast. We run NO plays except out of bounds plays. We seem to be out of position on defense a lot. We had size advantage but we never take advantage of it. Instead, we want to jack 3’s up. Tonight, they were not falling at all. I would have liked for our star players to get great looks just like that freshman from Summit. Overall, we return a lot next year. I expect ‘a certain player’ to get a LOT better so we can try to get back to the championship. Been a great ride. Look forward to another fun season next year. Again, congrats to Summit on the win!

And I don’t expect that freshman to keep hitting those 3’s like that…

We have the size advantage. Our bigs need to get their tails in gear…

West Brook CANNOT keep having these scoring droughts against a team like this. WB seems to be controlling the boards ok. But these turnovers and lack of scoring will not suffice. This team is good but not unbeatable. Maybe if WB try to push more in the transition game, they’ll get back into it. Gotta trim this lead down to 10 in this third QT. I’ve seen them do it twice this season and I think m they have it in them to do it again. Let’s get to work, Gentlemen!

This is the second lowest point total of the season for Weiss. An excellent indicator of BU’s defense, no doubt.

I love the way we dialed in after the slow start. Still have to reduce unforced turnovers though. I’m also glad to have Coleman back for this game.

Excuse last year. Can’t use it this year. This team was expected to turn the corner. But they played the exact same way vs Brook same mistakes and got the same results. Inexcusable.

Don’t tell anyone else that. A coyote, German shepherd, and a wolf looks nothing alike. 😑
