I disagree. BU split with a very good Memorial team and played reasonably well against WB. You say they got dismantled by BH. BU did beat BH…. 🤷🏾‍♂️ But we all have our opinions.

Now that I think about it, there may have been more than 1 d-1 players on the floor. I see WB’s next opponent is undefeated and I believe they’re nationally ranked? I still have WB winning. I’m pretty sure they don’t have a player like G on their team.

So prior to and after him leaving, have NS don’t anything remotely close to a state title? Deep playoff run? So just coincidentally, NS just popped up with this kind of D-1 talent and just so happen to win that year? He won a title at Hightower. Have they won a title since Green? Smh you said you didn’t see a single d-1 player on the court. This is why I told you that maybe you should stick to football. Moore from BU already has a d-1 offer as a freshman. And for you to think that G WONT be a d1 player before it’s all said and done is CRAAAAAZY to me! watered down divisions? I agree, but cream always rises to the top. And had the divisions been the same, there’s a high probability that the same final results that you see now, WB making it to the state simi’s would happen.

So you mean to tell me on his previous successful stops where he’s won titles or got to the state tournament , he had those guys? Think about that for a moment and I’ll revisit that one. Also, in order to WIN the title, you’ll need that guy. See WB’s success? Do you think Coach Green win a title with Lil G on his roster? Also, running plays makes you a good coach? Or being able to do things that’s conducive to your team? You keep talking about x and o’s. There’s things that the previous teams with Arceneaux’s, Yates, Dotson, ect could do within the flow of the game. I’ve seen plays drawn up for those previous teams and seen them execute them consistently. This 2024-25 BU team were raw, young, and VERY limited on what they could do. Gregg Poppovich probably wouldn’t have had better success.

I’m just now reading all these little comments. Appears to be the usual ridiculousness. 🙄🙄 Basketball is very simple. No need to complicate this situation. Simple reason why BU has struggled to score all year. Yes, this same glaring problem has existed all year. And the reason has NOTHING to do with coach Green.

I had a weird feeling about this game when I seen WB close that last game in a 15-“ run. In this game, WB went on another one of those runs when BU went up early. BU is so young and WB was just the better team all year. And that offense they run is pretty much all they can do based on the personnel. My same gripe I’ve been having all year. We’re small and they could never figure out how to consistently feed the post. BU will be back next year. Watch. But heck of a game, WB. Also been saying all year that ‘G’ is that guy. And he’s gonna show the state now. Go win the ‘ship, boys. I’m all in with them! #BGOE!
