All things that Comeaux does consistently.  He's usually asked to defend the other team's better players and does a good job.  

Don't know all of the kids mentioned ,but it's hard to beleive ten kids are better, and definetly don't have the motor of John Comeiux in this area (sp).

Vidor put up 83 on Lee and Ozen's defense has made some adjustments with strategy and personnel. Don't know If the Lumberton game speaks on the outcome of this game. IJS

This statement isn't necessarily correct. Sometimes a bad call can determine a game it happens all the time. Yes you should teach your team that worrying about the refs won't help so you may as well play harder so that their calls don't have to determine the outcome.

No i think they will respect the fact that Lumberton has been winning and they have to play them on the road. Panthers still had a few players learning new positions and hopefully the mistakes are rectified. I just watched Tim Rhodes highlights and he is a quick tough runner but it may be difficult to break against several fast guys instead of the couple they've faced against their previous opponents. I just think that if Ozen coaches are on point with there game plan and the players execute, there is a advantage talent wise in Ozen's favor and it should reflect in the score. They will be focused i do believe.

Ozen by a lot, just beginning to click with a lot of confidence. Lumberton will make it interesting for first half.

you said the same thing about Memorial base off a scrimmage. I have some smoke crow waiting on you after this one. And if it happens just give Ozen their credit they're just good this year. Just because a kid signs doesn't mean they received a scholarship. It's great kids are going to school, but not all are having their education paid in full; which I'm sure this is what the underlying debate is about. Let's be real, Coaches need bodies, especially in Football, so why not give a kid a partial, or allow them to walk-on?? Can't hurt much, maybe the kid wasn't recruited & turns out to be a STEAL.  Too many times the "handlers" of these kids give Horrible advice. For the sake of Debate or Discussion, let's talk about how can we keep them in school once they get there. Too many Transfer back home because the experience/expectation wasn't close to Reality. Quit sugarcoating Life & tell these kids the Truth. Mama & Daddy can't save you!!! Life is Real & so are the consequences, can't run every time things get a little challenging or uncomfortable. JMO

Just like last week I think Ozen will upset WB also. Memorial is not a bad team I just think the strategy they used back fired. They went to the no huddle offense and tired Ozen defense in 1st half ,tried to do the same in second half but the offense never got a rhythm going and gave ball over on downs.Ozen coaching staff in my opinion coached a good game, they used ball control ,Boyd didn't have to throw with Lil C .and himself moving ball like they did ,Which allowed the defense to rest. I say they use same strategy on WB ,hard to stop them 2 Ozen wins 34-28.

What got me was the total disrespect about taking Ozen off your schedule. well you can take them off now ,and we will always remember they went out winning the last game they played against Memorial, we can call it Memorial day. (Ioi)

Ozen will take this one as well. Y'all don't know what I know. Special group with heart and talent. Offense really didn't play well early and made the defense defend a short field a few times. Remember they punted the ball Into their own player giving up a very short fIeld. They also snapped the ball Into the end zone for a safety. Majority of the talent Is from the North, Southend, South Park and the Pear Orchard of Bmt. Ozen Is starting to keep Its players In their neighborhood. Don't believe me just watch. Ozen 35 to 24.

Boyd is not slow, P.A. was pretty fast and once Boyd turns up field you will see if he is slow or not. He's shifty and pretty fast in the open field.

Boyd made plays when he had to throwing and running, same thing he did in most games for Ozen. We can come up with excuses why but the kid made the plays that were there. Not his fault our D did not make plays. Kudos to him and Tyler for putting their team on their back.
