You're right! It'll be better than the Berry Center. This stadium will rival any other HS stadium in the State of Texas! -

It's part of that 300 million dollar bond issue that was passed. Ticket prices wont go up ......THAT much! -
Here are a couple videos of my car from the 2009 NMRA season opener in Bradenton, Florida. Out of the 107 cars that were registered and competed in the True Street class, I managed to wheel the car to a 16th place finish. From a starting line view... From an incar mounted camera... [Hidden Content] The car ran a 10.58 @ 129.64 mph on that pass.

If I had to make an educated guess as to who the new coach will be...........Jeff Nelson from West Brook. Write it down!!! -

Congrats, Bruins! -
I think the fact that he came from Permian, should give some of you an indication of how "tradition enriched" this coach can be. If there is one other program in this state that is more storied and rich in tradition than PN-G, it has to be Odessa Permian. I wouldn't worry about that aspect of it, I think he'll "get it." I believe ya'll got the best coach for the job.

As I said in my first post to this topic on page three, Stump doesn't really need the money. His wife works for one of the local refineries and does pretty well for herself. I honestly believe it came down (if it was really an issue) to the fact that he knows what he's got at Brook and he knows what kind of teams that we have coming through in the next couple of years. His son was the QB for the 9th grade team that went unbeaten this season, and I believe he wants to coach his sons. It was probably a combination of things that helped him made the ultimate decision, not just the money.....IMO! Good luck to PN-G in their quest for the right HC. Give it to they guy who obviously wants the job really bad. Give it to Garrett!

BISD is planning to break ground on their new stadium sometime next month. Unfortunately, it wont be ready for football for nearly two years. It will be one of the nicest facilities in the state, and will easily rival any of the local stadiums in the area. Stump knows whats coming. Hope he likes playing on Saturdays a few times a year and sharing the complex with the other Beaumont Schools. He could come to PNG and have his very own. Playing on Saturdays is not even an issue. In fact, we have played at least on regular season game on Saturday's in the past, and all of our playoff games are on Saturdays. So that wont even be an issue. As far as sharing with the other schools....that's fine too. We'll just be there to cheer them on as well.

just a history note to you younger guys

Really? J.P. Richardson played football for the Royal Purples. I did not know that. ;D Thanks for the info, skip! -
So it would be reasonable to assume that you admittedly agree that there is far less talent in Port Neches than in Beaumont? Then this just confirms what I said WAY back on page.....4 or 5 about there not being enough talent in Port Neches to run Stumps offense the way it needs to be run in order to be effective. Just checking...... ;D
