LOL--82AAAAA is your tank at the 1/2 mark again. No genius, I'm just being realistic. If you want to entertain the thought of WB going undefeated through this district and beating PAM and NS, then let that be your fantasy. I dont know what game you saw last night, but although our boys won, it was against an underperforming team. We will have to play four quarter football to beat both NS and the Titans. So far this season, we haven't done that. We've what, beat two 4A teams and a sub-par 5A team. I just call them like I see them. I've got reservations about us realistically beating PAM and NS. If my comments make my tank being 1/2 full, then so be it. But I'm not here to make fantasy predictions, either.

Yes it was just Channelview. But hey, a win is a win and we'll take it. The field was a soggy mess and both teams had trouble holding onto the football. I'm not sure if our offense looked better after a week off, or if C-view's defense made us look good. I'm going with the latter. Way to go #30 Jeremy Cooper running the football. By far your best game of the season. Congrats to #5 Reyes on another great game. Lets keep it up and go to Baytown and fetch another one next Thursday night against Lee.

How can brook not make the playoffs? We got a great qb and a defense thats coming together, we'll def be there, only time will tell on how far we go... You guys are wasting your time trying to explain things to this person. He is just a WB hater. I have said and explained the same things you have said, but to no avail. He just doesn't get it, as he repeatedly makes the same ascenine statements about WB not making the playoffs. I guess him being an Ozen graduate, something got missed when he was studying sentence comprehension in 9th grade English. Oh well, on with Channelview.

Again Sarge, our boys are young. I dont think we'll really get a good sense fo the experience that we've gained playing these juggernaut teams until district starts.. I, of course, dont think we'll beat NS. But with the exception of PAM, we should roll over everyone else. I think 6-4 to end the regular season. We'll be OK.

I am wondering when Coach Joseph pulled his starters out. Sounds like the boys played with the Tigers in the first half. But in usual Katy fashion, they made some great halftime adjustments, and pulled away in the second half. We will be OK when district rolls around. Good job, Bruins. You guys hung with arguably the best HS team in the land for one half. Given the youth of our boys, I'd say that was a job well done. Take a week off, and lets slaughter Channelview in two weeks.

Talked to one of the cheerleaders yesterday. She admitted to me that the boys know that they're going to get beat. Not a very positive start to a game. They could have beaten Ike, IMO. With that said, we are 32 point underdogs to Katy. [Hidden Content]

I'm gonna say it now and you guys can hold me to it, 'cuz I'm gonna say "I told you so"........are you ready? Here is comes.....ready......Katy will repeat as state champions again this year. They may not be awesome right now, but they use the regular season as a tune-up for the playoffs. When the post-season starts, is when you will see them playing "Katy-Ball". No mistakes, no errors, and they will make your mistakes beat you.

As much as I hate to admit it, I could see that being the final. We would be doing good if we could keep it within 3 scores. Sorry guys, I'm saving my gas and going to watch the Vidor/Central game instead. I believe this will be a much better game.
