I feel like its a slap in the face, as a BISD taxpayer, to have the school board name it after a man who is still alive and running this ship. It's more commonplace to memorialize someone that has done great things in a community, after he has passed. I think it's bad karma on the part of the schoolboard to agree on the name that was selected. But oh well, I'm sure after we get a few wins in that stadium, I'll forget all about it. ;D

I would be happy if we won more then 11 games this year. Over all the years at WB, and with all the success of the football program.....11 games is the most we've ever won in a single season. 11-4-1 in '82, 11-1 in '83, 11-2 in '94, and 11-3 in '97. Can we get to 12?

Trust me it'll be finished. Especially now that Thomas' name is on the side of it, he'll make sure that it's finished on time. Concerning the game, I think WB will score as much as Stump wants to score. Last year it was 33-0 WB.....with a young team. With this veteran team returning, they will score until Stump pulls the reigns in. But it'll be TOO MUCH TO TOO LITTLE! ;D If I had to make a prediction, Ima say 42-6, with Ozen scoring late in the game against the third string defense.

Let's not forget, the SLC team that LCM beat isn't the same SLC team from a few years ago. But, congrats nonetheless.
