Everyone (except bedelmon) knows it takes two to make a prize fight.  And, that it takes two teams to make a football game.  Bedelmon sees one team only - period - the Hawks (and if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor)  Bedelmon envisions a Hawk lead of 35 - 0 against WO-S and then he notices (but doesn't acknowledge).that the Mustangs have come out of the dressing room to do their pre-game warmup session.  POP!!! goes his balloon.  This guy is such an embarrassment that his sons asked hem to change his member name on SETXsports   His reply should be fun.

I think he forgot about all the returning players they have. ;)

You saw my original prediction. IMO I see the score 28-13 but would not be surprised that it ends up being 34-6, all WO-S wins.

My bad football! Silsbee has made the playoffs in football at least 12 out of the last 14 out of last 20 seasons. Kountze once in 30yrs.

Not sure what you are meaning by "highest average age". One player was older, not several. So what's with the average?

The birds ought to be greatful they were moved into another district. They need to look forward to their bright future ahead of them. They should take 2nd place in that district. Quit dwelling on a game that you got beat in, they took Silsbee to the limit and they were still not good enough to get the victory.

Cant beat them on the scoreboard either :P

Rodney was a class act.  Very humble, never a trash talker.  Best high school player I played against.  Prayers to all who were close to him.

HJ has lost to Silsbee in football EVERY YEAR except 2!!!! You lost last year in every measurable sport to Silsbee. The only think HJ can beat Silsbee in is the number of people who still use a functional out house! #Silsbeeownsyou

Silsbee lost to 2 state champs and runner up in playoffs. Carthage (state champ) in football (3rd round), Yates (runner up) in basketball (3rd round), College Station (state champ) in baseball (5th round).

Wait a minute, they really lost to Buna?? Yikes!
