I will delete my account if Kountze beats Yates! It won't happen people. This is a inner city hoops academy. Not some small town group of talent. Their JV would beat Kountze. The Yates team u seen earlier in the year is even better now. Kountze can keep in close for 1 qtr. It might be 21-18 after one then re doors will come off. I live here and have seen them play more than once. You guys like Kountze because u are local. No 2A team in Texas will within 20 points of them. If Yates was 4A they would get back to state. You people need to understand that size matters! 3 guys 6'6 with SKILLS will eat you alive. They have 2 guards that will force Kointze to get out of the press in the 1st qtr. Thief guards at up Travis! Andrew Harrison is the only guard I have seen not be affected by their up tempo. You have a better chance of the Texans winning the Super Bowl today than Kountze beating Yates. Matter of fact Kountze will lose to Tatum!

Last Silsbee championship was the last time Kountze had a good football team. I think Silsbee has been to at least the state semifinals in ALL sports! Kountze one sport. No balance!

Last Silabee title was won the last time Kountze had a decent football team! Silsbee beat Kountze by a margin of 37ppg over the last 4 games before y'all beat the JV! You play in the Evadale tourney! Why would I be jelous? Silsbee would crush you! Better skill players, better press, and a deeper team! HJ beat u like u stole something!

I'm keeping it real! Kountze is very good but I feel overrated!

Silsbee didn't have one single football player in that lost to Kountze TopDawg. Silsbee went 3 rounds deep. Kountze knew they weren't going to the playoff in football all season long!

When is the last time they lost a district game? They last time they went to the playoff in football! Keep it real! I could form a team of guys at the rec in my neighborhood who would play them better than Warren and Kirbyville

How is it a stretch? Kountze plays in mabye the softest district for basketball in the state. The teams they play in district wouldn't make a good JV in 3A. There is a chance they won't make it out the second round! They have one quality win all year. 2 if u count them beating Silsbee's JV squad.

Silsbee, Central, HJ, Ozen are all better than Kountze. You don't agree!

This years Kountze team  is maybe the 5th best team in SETX. Jack Yates  plays about 9 deep. When they.do jack up all those 3's the two 6'6 kids clean the glass. Kountze's press wont even phase Yates. They did well against the press from Travis. Kountze might have to pull out of their press early! In a half court game it will be embarrassing.

How bout if u lose by more than 20 you delete yours. This isnt some David vs Goliath match up. David hadvsa shoot! This is more likve the 95/96 Bulls vs Lamar. Great game to give Kountze a challenge but  useless for Yates. They have better competition in practice. Kountze has a better chance at beating the Washinton Wizards than they do Yates.
