You don't see many D1 offers going to 2A basketball players. To get a D1 scholarship you have to be the best of the best. Maybe Lamar, McNesse St., or Houston Baptist will give him a shot.

The best guard in the state is D'Aron Foxx going to Kentucky from here in Cypress. I'm sure the Cole kid isn't in the same book as this kid.

I have never heard of the kid but I'm sure he can ball averaging 20.4ppg. Maybe Coldsprings will get a chance to play Silsbee or Hardin Jefferson in the playoffs. We will see how good he really is playing state ranked competition.

It is crazy to see Orangefield outscored Silsbee 13-10 in the 2nd qtr and Silsbee still scored over 100pts.

I really don't know if Silsbee will ever win a championship in basketball. Seen many overly talent Tiger teams cone up shot. This year could be different or the same.

It bothers me to think what if that kid had a knife or a gun! Jasper as a town has had many black eye situations in the past we are all familiar with. This is just another blow to a town who doesn't need another dent on their reputation.

Again, Silsbee needs to travel with more than once officer. Silsbee vs WOS and Jasper have alway been problems. People get to involved into amateur sports. I have been to several Silsbee vs HJ games where adults are close to blows. I like DUDE its high school 4A basketball! Alot of times when people don't have much else going on in life, they get wrapped up in the little things.

Jasper ISD is responsible for this and should be sued. WTF is wrong with adults in Jasper where you wanna fight kids. Silsbee hung 126pts on you! Deal with it.
