Silsbee has always been a school that has had a rich pool of basketball talent just can't get over the hill.

Also Silsbee needs to make free throws tonight.

Tigers fans remember last year when HJ came in and beat us at home. It's a rivalry game and they are rarely ever blow outs. I say Silsbee 81 HJ 72. The game won't be a blow out. HJ is too well coached and has some very good talent on that team. I expect HJ to lead at the end of the 1st qtr and have the lead at halftime. Silsbee will take over in the 3rd and 4th.

Stevenash can't make it tonight. Gotta a 8am meeting tomorrow. I will be listening to AAW broadcast.

I fully expect another sell out crowd and the game to be decided in the 4th qtr. Silsbee by 7.

What year did Silsbee lose to Sealy? HJ advanced to the Reginald that year and lost to like Mexia I think. Silsbee was #1 and lost early. They did sweep HJ that year.

Hardin Jefferson team in 2011, I thought was one of the best teams they had. I watched them beat down a Cleveland team moat thought was the best in 3A.

Lincoln won state in 94/95. We all know the big game vs Silsbee at Lamar.

I was at the Beehive when Silsbee won in 1992 and 1994. Both Lincoln teams were ranked either #1 or #2.

Stevenash you are right! They play well above there age. As long as they both stay Devon and Jordyn stay humble, they can do some incredible things.

Silsbee vs HJ is comparable to Silsbee vs Lincoln but not the same. If you have never been to the Beehive on one of the games, those crowds were very hostile to say the least.

I'm thinking 2011. That was the same year Silsbee lost to Sealy early in the playoffs.

Last year was a big upset in Silsbee. I think the Tigers better come out ready. HJ has a solid squad!!
