HJ players show no emotion on the court!

Keith Harris and Stephen Jackson were beast. Silsbee beat then once that year without Jackson in Lincoln. Silsbee post of Willie Jones, Donyell Allen, Tyrell Davis and Russell Whitmore all played very strong vs Lincoln that year.

May have to get a little more but 1991 Hardin Jefferson loses by 20 plus to Ozen and Lincoln

Kountze had some solid teams but no small school can compare to Lincoln teams of the 70s, 80s, and mid 90s. Ozen 2001 was amazing in there own right. The only team I think that could have beat 2001 Ozen would be 2008 Yates!

2001 Ozen and 1995 PA Lincoln would beat 2003/04 Kountze by 30 and 1991 Hardin Jefferson by 20. Also those early 80s Hebert teams were solid!

I'll be honest when Maze, Harris, and Adams are on, I don't think anyone one in the area has a trio who can shoot like that. With them getting Grubbs next week and McCain back the week after, I look for Silsbee to be in prime shape for a title run.

I agree! Shooting too many 3pters. Also poor free throw shooting and too many turnovers.

So now Beaumont will have West Brook, Central, Ozen, Legacy, Kelly, and Harmony Science?? That's a lot of schools for a 120,000 people.

Coach Gamble and Coach Bouttet were the best!

Their program has gone down down down!!! A few years ago they were a playoff team and went I think 2 rounds.

It would be an imbarrsment for them to play 4A basketball vs teams like Silsbee and Hardin Jefferson. 120 kids you need to go to 2A so you can compete.

Silsbee has a few guys who they can throw at Bullock to make him really work.

Silsbee would beat Big Sandy by at least 10. Silsbee too much talent 1-10!

I saw highlights of them on the Kube here in Houston and wasn't impressed one bit. #23 can ball.

HJ new district will still result in 20-30 blow outs. Football they could be competitive

HJ and Silsbee could play in the Fred Williams Classic or in a none district game. Still would be intense and a packed house.

Has anyone seen them play this year? Their schedule seems very very weak.

Guess Silsbee will have to go thru Yates to get that title!
