Silsbee will have their hands full vs HJ in a few weeks. Another big test in a playoff game atmosphere. I don't think Region 3 has the same strength ad Region 4 from top to bottom.

Yeah if you look at Silsbee losing in the playoffs over the last 5 years Sterling, LA Vega, and Sealy out rebounded and slowed the game down. Yates was always a track meet.

I don't think Silsbee showed their best at this tourney! Being #1 is a target every game.

Silsbee is playing like crap for the 2nd game in a row. Your getting to the point in the season where one game like this will send you home. They seem to have lost focus after last night's lost. You got to let yesterday go. New day fellas!

Silsbee 73 Central 70 in 2015! It matters no more. Silsbee beat 5A #5 BMT Central. The lite Silsbee team brought it that night!

I saw this being an issue vs Ridge Point. We get to carried away with playing the refs and not just playing the game. My reason for going 8 strong is you need some of those kids to have time to get hot. Adams, and D McCain, long with Maze and Harris are your best outside shooters

I wonder if Silsbee should get away from the platoon subing and go with your best 8 players? Not every team can be worn down. Silsbee best 8 could be the key.

Liberty Hill was very solid from what I hear. Wouldn't suprise me if the made it to state.

Winning and advancing to state is very difficult. You will play teams this good and better if you wanna win. Missed layups and free throws are always our weakness. Sigler and company have done a great job this season coaching. I don't care about rankings right now. I do care how we bounce back tomorrow and district next week. Hardin Jefferson is my 1st concern then the playoffs.

If Silsbee wants to win state, these are the teams you must beat. Liberty Hill I think is Region II now. Silsbee beat them in Regionals back in 2006 or 07. No other team in Region III is as solid as Liberty Hill except to HJ and Wheatley he could be a big threat.

Liberty Hill has 6'6 and 6'7 post that play very well. They had a 6'9 kid who was out hurt I was told. Silsbee lack of size tonight hurt.

Who does Silsbee play tomorrow and what time?

It seems Liberty Hill had a lot more size than Silsbee and they out played us. Hard lost but you gotta learn and move forward!
