Just a FYI DT was selected to the USA National team and played against the Canadian team and guess who the head coach was, it was PNG's Coach Faircloth. So they know each other and him talking to coach on the sidelines was probably not negative in nature. I know this because I was there with my son on the other US team and spoke to DT he is a good kid with respect for coaches. The boys from both teams have been on twitter congratulating each other on such a great game and that shows just how great both teams really are. Athletes are competitive and they will get chippy during games, but in the end both teams respect each other and hope they have a great year. We as adults should used this example and move on getting ready for our next opponent.

I was told that PNG has more season ticket holders than WOS has visitor seats. You can always buy a home seat ticket and walk around to the visitor side unless you want to sit with skipper. Lol

My wife said that PNG is sold out of tickets for visitor's side.

Whoa there Abe Martin Stadium bashers, what's the problem -- you from Nacogdoches or something.  Abe Martin Stadium has been there since the 70s and has hosted some real talent and great games.  The article didnt say they had to be the nicest stadiums just the best.  If you've never been there during a home game, late in the fourth quarter, when the Panther's are driving for a game winning score, and the band is playing "Strivin'" then you have missed one of the great high school football experiences.  Not to mention that the game hosted one of the great high school rivalries ever (Lufkin v. Nac). The stadium may not be as nice as the new ones, but the place is one of the greats.
 
BTW, Tyler's Rose stadium deserves to be on the list.  Earl Campbells home stadium should be on the list no matter what it looks like.

I think the traditions and atmosphere surrounding the programs that use the stadiums was one of the factors in creating the list.

A lot of time parents are reliving their failings in high school through their kids. This adds a ton of pressure on the kid to have to play for mom or dad. At the end of the day it is about the team and not the individual. Parents need to realize this and quit dividing a locker room. It teaches negative behavior to the kids.

IMO you can tell a lot about a program by attending their camps. Are they organized, does everyone attending get a chance to showcase their talent, and do the coaches correct things you are doing wrong to make you a better player then when you arrived? Took may son to 4 college lineman camps in Texas this summer TCU 1day,U of Texas 4 days, Texas A&M 1 day, and Baylor 1 day.  May take from what I saw was:
 
Baylor: Very organized, ran like clock work, everyone got lots of reps and instruction from all coaches and players there. Also recorded all players reps and at end split up players in positions and did video break down of each player and how to correct mistakes. 
U of Texas: organized, some coach interaction, lot of assistant coaches and volunteers running camp, lot of teamwork drills. Still getting new staff organized and in place. 
Texas A&M: Not very organized, good coach interaction, same few kids doing drills multiple times not everyone getting same reps.
TCU: Disappointing, spent more time checking in than having camp even though pre-registered, coaches having no control over players, tell them to do something to help then few minutes later back together standing around just letting things go. some coach interaction with campers.
 
This is my first time attending TCU,UT, and Texas A&M but my third time at Baylor. Baylor camp is same quality every year. I didn't go to a major college so I have no affiliation with any schools. Just my honest opinion. If Baylor runs their program the way they run their camp it's no wonder they are where they are. 

I guess we will get buses and have a park and ride from the HS.  :D
