  1. JESUS CHRIST PEOPLE!!!!!!! WOSgrad made the last post actually referring to the topic. it's not about PAM or the other schools...it's about THIS AREA AS ONE...and you all showed your arses of WHY we are behind. you are so proud of DCs and how many 2nd and 3rd rounds...before lamarque fell from grace, the fans and players did not care or talked about how many DC or "rounds"...ANYTHING SHORT OF THE SEMI'S WAS A FAILURE!!!! WE allow these adults to stay and get paid knowing all they have to do is give a good speech, play 2 rds deep and that satisfy you all just fine. demand MORE from the school boards and the AD's. otherwise shut your mediocre pie holes, play on your natural grass, with your none existent visitor stands, poor parking, 2 stalls and a trough mens restrooms, and predictable coaching.
  2. speak for yourself...also they don't HAVE to show ANY respect...it's the BEAUMONT enterprise...not Nederland or PNG
  3. don't mean to offend any feelings in here, BUT it's nice to have the views of others...i say it was pretty accurate.
  4. okay, time to settle the heck down...first of all,as one of PAM's hardest critics, lets stop comparing this district to where PAM use to play. at the end of the day it's still 11 vs 11,not PAM whole team vs the other team whole team. the only thing(s) i like about the new district, IF you are going to "compare" the two is, you don't have to worry about our defense going up against a STABLE of big backs that NS has that keep fresh legs in the game. you don't have to worry about seeing a team that run the misdirection FLAWLESSLY like laporte that seems to always have a stud rb. there is no need to worry about a team trying to have a shoot out/ track meet with you like channel view. you don't have to see a deer park team that was BIG ACROSS THE WHOLE TEAM, that ran the ball down your throat. what we do see now are teams that are more EQUAL to us in physical size. now, it's going to come down of who wants it MORE. just because our line is close in size, don't mean our technique is better (it might be. ijs) that doesn't mean just because we come from 6A, the RB can't fumble or the qb can't throw picks. WHAT PAM DOES HAVE IS MORE MOTIVATION!!!!it's NO SECRET that PA despise MC like no tomorrow for many reasons. the coaching staff, especially Harrison KNOWS whats it like to play those two schools..the BS you have to put up with between them and the refs. the kids themselves might not know that foolishness of the past, but the fire in them burns from the "other kids" THINKING MC is/was a better choice...thinking that they could beat a 3-7 PAM team, when PAM was actually in those games. no disrespect to the BMT schools, but they know what it is...Lee, Lumberton, Livingston and Vidor...sorry, from a fans perspective, you are irrelevant...however, i hope the team is focused and the coaching is more focus on mowing you down with no mercy(cobra kai style). those teams are TRAP games imo and should not be taken lightly by PAM. MC, don't think that you are special...this is built up frustration for 14 years and then some. from all the dirty bush league play in the past, phantom flags from refs, the HORRIBLE THINGS THAT WERE WRITTEN IN LOCKER VISITOR LOCKER ROOMS. IT'S PAY BACK TIME... time to get those squeaky brakes fixed...guess PAM will beat those brakes off you...STRAP UP!!
  5. i think what the poster meant and i agree, WE all know a scrimmage doesn't "count". however, anytime you compete and have "scoring plays", it's a win and loss situation to the players. that helps boost them up. now i will say this applies imo when playing a simulated game scrimmage. in a traditional scrimmage you score on "6th down" or "10 th" down, you really can't count that lol
  6. same DC we had in 2011?? that was the BEST PAM defense.
  7. 1 Beaumont West Brook 2. Dayton 3. Barbers Hill 4. New Caney 5. Porter 6. Silsbee 7. West Orange-Stark 8. Splendora 9. Hamshire-Fannett 10.Jasper 11. Orangefield 12. Bellville 13. 8. the defense did the same yesterday ghost...they was actually tackling and flying to the ball!! and this was against Pearland...a 6a team that is ALWAYS in the talk of making a title run. pearland seemed slow and our "D" was right there.
  9. well, i come from a time when you COMPETE and there is an objective to stop one team from SCORING, there is a winner. now, we ALLKNOW THESE GAMES DON'T COUNT. I GOT IT!!! however when you keep count whether it's how many td's or whatever, it counts in these kids minds. it tells them we can score points and move the ball. now, i'm speaking of live game scrimmages like the wos vs png. PAM usually have these type of scrimmages, but didn't against pearland. traditional type scrimmages its simply a practice lol. i mean really, can you count a touchdown on "5th down"?? hell on 4th most teams punt lol. now looking at PAM's performance yesterday WITHOUT TWO MAIN PLAYERS ON THE FIELD, that defense looks damn good!! they lived in pearlands backfield with big hits!! yeah, so dominating defense of 22'5a yes sir, you heard it here first.
  10. I only saw 1 pass caught by the first team to the big guy 11. The line has to get better. I. The 2 or 3 series the starters on offense didn't do too much.
  11. Sorry for the late update. They played the traditional type scrimmage. I got there as the first team offense was just starting. They did okay. Looked like angelle was at rb?? I know his build. They had spurts. Really like the back, nor Jones, but the kid talked about in this thread. His was mobile and patient. The defense omg. .Titan nation, I think we will be okay barring injury. I'm guessing it was the kid from Kelly was a beast. The defense got beat deep for a score due to confusion on where to line up. Offensive line needs more work, but it was Pearland lol. So far I like what I see. Like to see a little more accuracy and distance from our kickers, but they good enough for Xtra points. No injuries from I can see.
  12. they will get playing time in garbage time to get experience.
  13. gotcha, it's about a 30 minute drive from my house.
  14. to dominate. simply put, to run teams and fans out of stadiums early...besides, should it matter how they do it?? winning is winning with our OWN kids, not borrowed from mid county.
  15. waiting on my wife to get home...I got off early..will probably sit on the home side. hoping to see a game like scrimmage. my key points of concern is can we move the ball effectively. also can the defense do a better job with the run. not looking for any razzle dazzle, just want to see them move the ball without making it look difficult. I have witnessed PAM teams in first scrimmages move it well and played really good as the season goes on. gonna be hard with practice jerseys on lol
  16. thanks!! just texted my relief and offered an $25 cash prize if he gets here at 545 lol
  17. if i can get my relief to come early, i'm gonna try and make the quick drive to Pearland
  18. he would be deadly at wr...don't know how good is hands are though. i thought he was going to play DB??
  19. well stats, PAM is still a very young school in comparison to PNG. PAM has been a school for 14 years. yes i know the westbrook story..lightning struck once...IF PAM had suggs in the 2002-2004, i have NO doubt 5th rd and beating Katy . Colbert was not a good coach...Thompson was not a good coach. when there is just average players we struggle. now PAM had to go through a cleansing. that cleansing was getting through the first 4 years due to in house fighting of what school you came from and coached at. it's hard to win when you have a team with multiple starters and multiple coaches from 3 schools. once all that got filtered, you saw thompson come in and try with an empty well...kenny got a restocked in the talent pool when he took over. well the well ran dry the last two years...well it's filling back up. don't make me bring up when pn-g left 4a to go to 5a and got beat like a drum for two years and magically came back to 4a. now you the stat man, pull up PAM's schedule for the past 13 years...NOBODY IN THIS AREA COULD HAVE PLAYED THAT SCHEDULE WITH A GOOD OUTCOME, EVEN THE NAGS OF ORANGE CO. and to the people that took their kids from PA...oh well...didn't need ya...because it wasn't for "educational" reasons that's for damn sure.
  20. NOT THIS ONE!!!! BIGGEST HYPE AND BUST TO WALK THROUGH IMO....
  21. i'm class of 93 and that was not a "fight"...a cheap shot to try and hurt shanderrick charles was cowardly , but that's what owards do...maybe YOU were apart of that.
  22. since ya'll love swinging from WO-S manhood, lets take care of that elephant in the room right now!!! the only reason wo-s plays the little sorry teams like nederland is due to they are close in numbers. last time wo-s attempted to fix there horse face lips to play PAM jamaal ran crazy on them with a dislocated shoulder that would pop out. that was a scrimmage that was played in a game format...after that, they didn't want ANYMORE. they won't ask PAM to play due to size and numbers and lets face it, they would lose. probably the same reason why they won't play central. WO-S is a bully..they prey on the WEAK. playing first rd playoff games is still a joke. however mediocrity is so rampant from the two districts, it has people fooled into thinking that's "great" football...smh...
  23. yes sir...difference for me and probably majority, beat the clowns of MC....I MEAN BEAT THEM DOWN!!!!
